Claims (4)
- 탄소재 씨일에 있어서,탄소재 씨일 기재의 양 표면에 박엽형상으로 넓게 펼쳐진 커플링부인 실라놀의 분자층과 상기 커플링부의 양 표면에 박엽형상으로 넓게 펼쳐져 형성된 퓨란수지층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수지피복 탄소재 씨일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재로 쓰이는 탄소재 씨일은 등방성 또는 이방성소재중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지피복 탄소재 씨일.
- 탄소재 씨일의 제조방법에 있어서, 다음의 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지피복 탄소재 씨일의 제조방법.(a)에틸알콜, 정제수 및 Γ-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란을 혼합하여 교반한 혼합용액에 탄소재 씨일 기재를 함침하는 공정,(b)상기 탄소재 씨일 기재를 건조한 후 퍼퓨릴 알코올과 경화제인 P-톨루엔 술폰산을 진공환경에서 혼합한 피복재에 담근 후 가압하여 함침하는 공정 및(c)상기 공정이 완료된 탄소재 씨일 기재를 건조기에 넣어 경화시킨후 아르곤기체하에서 승온시켜 탄화하는 공정.
- 제2항에 있어서, (a)공정에서 혼합되는 Γ-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란은 탄소재 씨일대비 1∼0.1WT%인것을 특징으로 하는 수지피복 탄소재 씨일의 제조방법.
