Claims (5)
- 분리식으로 구성된 메니폴드 내부에 유로가 형성되고 각 유로의 끝부분에 노즐이 설치되어 있는 공지의 사출 금형용 매니폴드에 있어서, 매니폴드를 상판과 하판으로 분리 구성하는 단계:유로와 유로가 만나는 곳에 설치되는 조인트블럭을 제작하는 단계:하판에 유로 조립용 홈을 형성하는 단계:유로가 교차되는 부분에 조인트블럭을 설치하는 단계:하판에 조립된 유로용 파이프에 동판을 감싸 고정하는 단계;하판의 유로 조립용 홈에 동판이 결합된 유로용 파이프를 조립하여 조인트블럭에 연결하는 단계;상판과 하판을 결합하여 고정하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리식으로 구성된 사출기 금형용 핫런너 매니폴드의 제작 방법.
- 상하 분리식으로 구성된 매니폴드에 있어서, 매니폴드 본체(1)를 상판(2)과 하판(3)으로 분리되게 구성하되 하판(2)(3)에 필요한 유로를 구성할 수 있도록 홈(4)을 가공하되 유로가 교차되는 부분에 조인트블럭(7)을 설치하고, 홈에는 연마된 유로용 파이프(5)를 삽입하며 이 파이프를 동판(6)을 감싸도록 장착하여 유로용 홈에 동판(6)과 함께 하판의 홈에 고정되도록 하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 분리식으로 구성된 사출기 금형용 핫런너 매니폴드.
- 제2항에 있어서 유로용 파이프의 외부에 동판을 감싸 유로의 온도를 균일하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리식으로 구성된 사출기 금형용 핫런너 매니폴드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유로에 교차점을 이루는 조인트 블럭을 설치하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출기 금형용 핫런너 매니폴드.
