Abstract
一種定位裝置,其用於定位一料骨,該定位裝置包括一本體、設置在該本體上的複數凸塊及複數定位件,該複數凸塊之間形成用於容置該料骨的凹槽,該複數定位件活動穿過於對應的凸塊用於與該料骨抵接以固持該料骨。
Description
本發明涉及一種定位裝置。
目前,鏡頭模組已被廣泛應用到如手機等小型的電子裝置中,此類鏡頭模組中的鏡片在製造時,一般先進行射出成形,再利用剪切機等設備將鏡片從料骨上剪下。為了使料骨容易取放,目前是將料骨放置在一定位機臺上,該機臺與料骨之間具有一定範圍的允許公差,在該機臺發生震動等情況時會導致該料骨的定位不精準,進而影響剪切品質。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種能夠容易取放料骨,且定位精準的定位裝置。
一種定位裝置,其用於定位一料骨,該定位裝置包括一本體、設置在該本體上的複數凸塊及複數定位件,該複數凸塊之間形成用於容置該料骨的凹槽,該複數定位件活動穿過於對應的凸塊用於與該料骨抵接以固持該料骨。
本發明的定位裝置,利用凸塊圍成容置料骨的凹槽,使該料骨容易取放。另外,在凸塊上設置定位件與該料骨抵接以固持該料骨,可以藉由調節定位件固持該料骨,使該料骨的定位更加精準,保證剪切品質。

下面將結合附圖對本發明實施方式作進一步的詳細說明。
請一併參閱圖1及圖2,本發明實施方式提供的一種定位裝置100,其用於定位一料骨200。本實施方式中,該料骨200呈十字形,該料骨200包括四個連接臂201,每個連接臂201的端部為鏡片300。利用該定位裝置100將料骨200定位後再利用剪切機(圖未示)將鏡片300剪下。
該定位裝置100大致呈長方體,該定位裝置100包括一本體10、設置在該本體10上的複數凸塊20及複數定位件30。該複數凸塊20之間形成用於容置該料骨200的凹槽40。該複數定位件30活動穿過於對應的凸塊20用於與該料骨200抵接以固持該料骨200。
利用凸塊20圍成容置料骨200的凹槽40,使該料骨200容易取放。另外,在凸塊20上設置定位件30與該料骨200抵接以固持該料骨200,可以藉由調節定位件30固持該料骨200,使該料骨200的定位更加精準,保證剪切品質。
本實施方式中,該定位件30的數量與該凸塊20的數量對應,因為該料骨200為十字形,故該凸塊20的數量為四個,該定位件30的數量為四個。
該四個凸塊20呈陣列設置使該四個凸塊20之間形成一十字形的凹槽40。該凹槽40用於容置該料骨200。具體地,每兩個凸塊20之間形成有一容置部410,每個容置部410相互連通構成該凹槽40。
每個凸塊20開設有一螺孔210。每個定位件30包括一螺母310及一螺桿320,該螺桿320螺接於該螺孔210內,該螺桿320包括相對的第一端320a及第二端320b,該第一端320a與該螺母310固定連接,該第二端320b用於與該料骨200抵接。在第一端320a上設置該螺母310,可以方便用工具對螺桿320旋扭,在其他實施方式中,該螺母310也可以去掉或者用其他元件代替,具體可以根據需求進行另行設定。另外,該定位件30也可以為其他結構,只要能夠可移動地穿設於該凸塊20並與該料骨200抵接即可。
每個凸塊20上的螺孔210的軸向與其中一容置部410的延伸方向垂直。如此,可以使每一定位件30固定該料骨200的一連接臂201,四個定位件30分別固定該料骨200的四個連接臂201,使該料骨200的定位更加牢固,避免發生晃動。
每個凸塊20包括一頂面220、與其他凸塊20相對的兩個內側面230、兩個外側面240,該頂面220與該兩個內側面230之間均藉由斜面250連接。該凸塊20上的斜面250可以使兩個凸塊20之間的開口變大,使該料骨200更容易被放入到該凹槽40內,且該斜面250也可以起到導引作用。
本實施方式中,該四個凸塊20與該本體10為一體結構。在製造過程中,可以直接在該長方體的本體10的頂面上開設出該十字形的凹槽40,並形成四個凸塊20。如此,使製造更方便。在其他實施方式中,在不影響該凹槽40的大小和形狀的情況下,該凸塊20的體積可以設計為更小,以減小整個定位裝置100的體積。
使用該定位裝置100時,將料骨200放置於該凹槽40內,再調整該四個定位件30,將每個螺桿的第二端320b與該料骨200的連接臂201抵接,使該料骨200固持在該凹槽40內,將該鏡片300剪下後,取下該料骨200時,只需要將每個定位件30的螺桿320向外旋,使該定位件30的第二端320b與該料骨200分離。
在扭緊該定位件30時,為了操作方面,可以使用電動螺絲刀。為了使每次扭力大小相同,可以使用扭力計事先測試好所需要扭力的大小,設置好自動螺絲刀,再對定位件30進行操作。
在其他實施方式中,該定位件30的數量可以根據該料骨200的形狀以及凹槽40的形狀進行設定,例如,料骨200為L字形,定位件30的數量可以為兩個或三個等。在定位件30的數量發生變化,與該定位件30對應的凸塊20的數量及對應的螺孔210的設置也相應發生改變。
另外,本領域技術人員還可在本發明精神內做其他變化,當然,這些依據本發明精神所做之變化,都應包括在本發明所要求保護之範圍之內。

Claims (8)
- 一種定位裝置,其用於定位一料骨,該定位裝置包括一本體、設置在該本體上的複數凸塊及複數定位件,該複數凸塊之間形成用於容置該料骨的凹槽,該複數定位件活動穿過於對應的凸塊用於與該料骨抵接以固持該料骨。
- 如請求項1所述之定位裝置,其中,該料骨為十字形,該凸塊的數量為四個,該四個凸塊呈陣列設置使該四個凸塊之間形成一十字形的凹槽。
- 如請求項2所述之定位裝置,其中,每兩個凸塊之間形成有一容置部,每個容置部相互連通構成該凹槽。
- 如請求項3所述之定位裝置,其中,每個凸塊開設有一螺孔,每個螺孔的軸向與其中一容置部的延伸方向垂直。
- 如請求項4所述之定位裝置,其中,每個定位件包括一螺桿,該螺桿螺接於該螺孔內。
- 如請求項5所述之定位裝置,其中,每個定位件還包括一螺母,該螺桿包括相對的第一端及第二端,該第一端與該螺母固定連接,該第二端用於與該料骨抵接。
- 如請求項1所述之定位裝置,其中,每個凸塊包括一頂面、與其他凸塊相對的兩個內側面、兩個外側面,該頂面與該兩個內側面之間均藉由斜面連接。
- 如請求項1所述之定位裝置,其中,該複數凸塊與該本體為一體結構。
