- (2번정정)매실을 이용한 조성물을 과립으로 타정하여 가공하는 매실정제에 있어서, 매실농축액 4.0~10중량%, 매실분말 2.0~6.2중량%, 현미 4.5~10중량%, 찹쌀 4,5~10중량%, 검정콩 2,0~5.0중량%, 보리쌀 4.0~10중량%, 율무 2.0~5.0중량%, 포도당 50.0~77.0중량%로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매실정제.
