Claims (5)
- 부탄올에 수산화나트륨과 화학적 구조유도체인 카르복실산을 용해시키는 단계(A-1)와, 부탄올에 알루미늄 전구체인 알루미늄 알콕사이드를 수화시키는 단계(A-2)와, (A-2)단계의 생성물을 (A-1)단계의 생성물에 조금씩 투입하여 혼합시키는 단계(B)와, (B)단계의 생성물에 물과 질산을 미량씩 첨가하여 알루미늄 전구체를 축합시키는 단계(C)와, 물리적 구조유도체로서 균일한 크기를 지닌 실리카 겔 입자를 (C)단계의 생성물에 혼합하여 교반하는 단계(D)와, (D)단계의 생성물을 건조시키고 소성시켜 구조유도체를 제거하는 단계(E)와, 실리카 겔 입자를 수산화나트륨 용액을 이용하여 석출 및 제거시키는 단계(F)를 포함하는 이종기공성 감마-알루미나 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A-1)단계에서 화학적 구조유도체로 사용하는 카르복실산의 탄소수가 6-18인 것을 특징으로 하는 이종기공성 감마-알루미나의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서 있어서, (C)단계에서 물과 질산을 첨가하여 알루미늄 전구체를 축합시킴에 있어서 최종 생성물의 pH가 5-9가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종기공성 감마-알루미나의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (C)단계가 20-100℃에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종기공성 감마-알루미나의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (D)단계에서 실리카 겔 입자를 분쇄하는 과정과 수산화나트륨 용액에 용해시키는 전처리 과정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종기공성 감마-알루미나의 제조방법.
