Abstract

본 발명은 격자가 밀봉된 단프라시트와 그 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 사각형을 이루며, 네 꼭지점이 라운드가 형성되며, 상하부의 표피재의 사이에 다수개의 서로 평행을 이룬 격자벽이 설치되어 격자가 형성되는 골판상구조를 이루는 단프라시트에 있어서, 상기 격자가 형성된 변의 직선부분의 격자벽들의 말단이 소정의 폭으로 절개되고, 외부에서 가해지는 열과 압력에 의해 상기 절개된 격자벽의 상하부 표피재가 열융착되어 직선부분의 격자가 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 단프라시트의 격자가 형성된 변의 말단을 가열하고 격자벽을 소정의 깊이로 절개하는 절개공정과; 상기 절개공정에서 격자벽이 절개된 단프라시트의 말단 상하부 표피재를 절곡시켜 열융착시키는 직선부열융착공정과; 라운드형상이 구비된 열융착지그에 상기 단프라시트의 라운드부를 결합한 후 열과 압력을 가해 상기 단프라시트의 라운드부에 형성된 격자를 열융착하는 라운드열융착공정으로 제작되는 것을 또 다른 특징으로 한다.
이에 따라, 단프라시트의 격자가 밀봉되어 상기 격자에 이물질이나 수분이 침투하는 것을 방지하게 되는 이점이 있다.

Description

격자가 밀봉된 단프라시트 및 그 제조방법{plastic corrugated cardboard with sealed lattice and its manufacturing method}
본 발명은 격자가 밀봉된 단프라시트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 격자벽들의 말단이 소정의 폭으로 절개되고, 외부에서 가해지는 열과 압력에 의해 상기절개된 격자벽의 상하부 표피재가 열융착되어 격자가 밀봉되는 단프라시트에 관한 것이다.
단프라시트(Danpla Sheet)는 폴리프로필렌 공중합(PP Copolymer)수지를 고도의 압축 성형법에 의하여 도1에 도시된 바와 같이 일체 중공 구조식과 골판상 구조식 플라스틱 카튼보드로서 강하고,가볍고,내수,내유,내약품성이 우수하며, 탄력유지 및 단열,방음,다양한 색상 등, 완충성도 우수하여 각종 내외포장, 운반용상자, 산업용 자재, 포장용기, 회수용, 농수산물 운반용, 대전방지용, 통신기기, 컴퓨터, 자동차부품, 선물포장, 전자제품 포장 등에 다양하게 사용되고 있다.
상기 단프라시트는 폴리프로필렌으로 제작되므로 일반적으로 포장에 사용되는 종이 골판지에비해 내구성이 뛰어나므로 여러번의 재사용이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.
그러나 상기 단프라시트는 격자가 외부로 노출되어 있어 세척을 하게 되면, 수분과 오염물질이 상기 격자내부로 들어가 내부가 오염되는 문제가 있다.
따라서, 본 발명은 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 표피재를 열융착시켜 격자가 밀봉되어 내부로 수분과 오염물질이 침투되지 않는 단프라시트를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

본 발명은 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 사각형을 이루며, 네 꼭지점이 라운드가 형성되며, 상하부의 표피재의 사이에 다수개의 서로 평행을 이룬 격자벽이설치되어 격자가 형성되는 골판상구조를 이루는 단프라시트에 있어서, 상기 격자가 형성된 변의 직선부분의 격자벽들의 말단이 소정의 폭으로 절개되고, 외부에서 가해지는 열과 압력에 의해 상기 절개된 격자벽의 상하부 표피재가 열융착되어 직선부분의 격자가 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 단프라시트의 격자가 형성된 변의 말단를 가열하고 격자벽을 소정의 깊이로 절개하는 절개공정과; 상기 절개공정에서 격자벽이 절개된 단프라시트의 말단 상하부 표피재를 절곡시켜 열융착시키는 직선부열융착공정과; 라운드형상이 구비된 열융착지그에 상기 단프라시트의 라운드부를 결합한후 열과 압력을 가해 상기 단프라시트의 라운드부에 형성된 격자를 열융착하는 라운드열융착공정으로 제작되는 것을 또 다른 특징으로 한다.
이하에서는 첨부된 도면을 참조로 하여 본 발명의 바람직한 일실시예에 따른 격자가 밀봉된 단프라시트를 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 도1은 격자를 밀봉하기 전의 단프라시트의 부분 사시도이며 도2는 본 발명에 의해 밀봉된 단프라시트의 부분 사시도이며, 도3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 격자를 밀봉하기 위한 흐름을 표시한 도이다. 또한 도4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 형틀을 도시한 도이며, 도5는 단프라시트의 곡선부를 열융착하기 위한 열융착지그를 도시한 도이다.
상기 단프라시트(1)는 두장의 사각형의 표피재(1-1,1-2) 사이에 다수개의 서로 평행한 격자벽(1-3)이 형성되어 네변 중 두변에는 중공격자(1-4)가 형성된다. 상기 단프라시트의 네 꼭지점 부분은 절단되어 라운드부를 이루게되고 상기 단프라시트의 상기 중공격자(1-4)는 중공격자가 형성된 변의 상하부 표피재(1-1,1-2)가용융된 후 압력에 의해 중앙에서 결합되어 밀봉된다. 이때 상기 중공격자(1-4)를 이루는 격자벽(1-3)의 말단은 사전에 소정의 깊이로 절단(1-5)되어 압력에 의해 쉽게 성형이 되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
이하에서 상기 격자가 밀봉된 단프라시트를 제작하는 방법에 대해 설명하기로 한다.
먼저 폴리프로필렌 수지를 압축성형법으로 내부에 중공이 형성된 단프라시트(1)를 제작하게 된다. 단프라시트(1)를 제작하는 방법은 동업계에서 공지공용의 기술이므로 더 이상 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
제작된 단프라시트(1)를 소정의 크기로 재단하게 된다. 이때 상기 단프라시트의 격자(1-4)가 형성된 변의 치수는 용융압착을 위해 소정의 여유를 두게된다. 상기 재단된 단프라시트는 네 꼭지점부위가 절단되어 라운드부를 형성하게 된다.
상기 단프라시트의 격자가 형성된 직선부는 먼저 도3의 (a)에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 격자벽(1-3)의 말단이 소정의 깊이로 절단된다. 여기서 절단을 용이하게 하기 위해 절단 전에 열을 가해 상기 단프라시트를 유연하게 하는 것도 무방하다.
다음으로 상기 단프라시트의 표피재(1-1,1-3)를 절곡하여 성형하기 위해 상기 단프라시트의 격자가 형성된 변에 열을 가하게 된다. 여기서 열을 가하기 위해 고온의 공기를 분사하거나 성형을 위한 성형틀을 가열하여 접촉시키는 방법등이 가능하다.
상기 열에 의해 상기 단프라시트의 용융된 부분의 상하에서 압력을 가해 도3의 (b), (c),(d)에 도시된 도와 같은 순서로 상기 표피재를 중앙쪽으로 구부려 중앙에서 결합되도록 한다. 이를위해 외주면에 성형부가 형성된 형틀(2)을 구비하여 상기 형틀의 성형부(2-1)에 단프라시트의 말단이 삽입되도록 하고 상기 단프라시트를 이송시켜 용융된 단프라시트가 상기 형틀에 형성된 성형부의 형상으로 결합되도록 한다.
그리고 상기 단프라시트의 라운드부를 밀봉하기 위해 내부에 라운드형상이 구비된 융착지그(3)를 상기 단프라시트의 라운드부에 결합시킨후 열과 압력을 가하게 된다. 이에따라 상기 단프라시트가 용융되어 상기 융착지그의 내부형상에 따라 성형된다.
이후 상기 단프라시트를 냉각하게 되면 격자가 밀봉된 단프라시트가 완성된다. 이에따라 상기 격자가 밀봉되어 상기 격자내로 이물질 또는 수분이 침입하여 오염되는 것을 방지하게 된다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 격자가 밀봉된 단프라시트에 의하면 격자가 밀봉되어 상기 격자에 이물질이나 수분이 침투하는 것을 방지하여 재활용이 용이하다는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 사각형을 이루며, 네 꼭지점이 라운드가 형성되며, 상하부의 표피재의 사이에 다수개의 서로 평행을 이룬 격자벽이 설치되어 격자가 형성되는 골판상구조를 이루는 단프라시트에 있어서,
    상기 격자가 형성된 변의 직선부분의 격자벽들의 말단이 소정의 폭으로 절개되고, 외부에서 가해지는 열과 압력에 의해 상기 절개된 격자벽의 상하부 표피재가 열융착되어 직선부분의 격자가 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자가 밀봉된 단프라시트.
  2. 단프라시트의 격자가 형성된 변의 말단를 가열하고 격자벽을 소정의 깊이로 절개하는 절개공정과;
    상기 절개공정에서 격자벽이 절개된 단프라시트의 말단 상하부 표피재를 절곡시켜 열융착시키는 직선부열융착공정과;
    라운드형상이 구비된 열융착지그에 상기 단프라시트의 라운드부를 결합한후 열과 압력을 가해 상기 단프라시트의 라운드부에 형성된 격자를 열융착하는 라운드열융착공정이 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자가 밀봉된 단프라시트의 제조방법.
