Claims (6)
- (A) 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위를 90몰% 이상 함유하며 고유점도가 0.90 ~ 1.2 범위인 폴리에스터 중합물을 용융 압출하여 방출사를 얻는 단계와, (B) 이 용융방출사를 래디얼 인-아우트 플로우 냉각방법을 사용하는 냉각구역을 통과시켜 급냉고화시키는 단계와, (C)최초 권취롤러로부터 2m이내의 거리에서 유제를 부여하는 단계와, (D)미연신사의 복굴절율이 0.025 내지 0.11가 되고 밀도가 1.338 내지 1.375가 되도록 방사속도 2,000 ∼ 3,200m/분으로 사를 권취하는 단계와, (E) 권취된 사를 1.5 내지 2.5의 총연신비로 연신시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트 단면 CV가 4.0% 이하인 산업용 폴리에스테르 멀티필라멘트사의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수계 에멀젼 유제를 사용하여 오일링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폴리에스테르 멀티필라멘트사의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아래의 특성을 갖는 래디얼 인-아우트 플로우 냉각방법을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폴리에스테르 필라멘트사의 제조방법.(1)냉각장치의 단면직경(R) 12㎝ 이상(2)냉각구역의 길이 60cm 이상(3)냉각에어 온도 15 ∼ 60℃(4)냉각에어 속도 0.4∼1.2m/초
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 연신사의 강도가 적어도 7.8g/d이고, 수축율 4.7% 이하, 단사섬도 2.5∼6데니어, 총섬도가 1,000데니어 이상임을 특징으로 하는 산업용 멀티필라멘트사의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, RFL(Resorcynol- Formalin- Latex) 처리하여 제조한 처리코드의 치수안정성(E2.25+FS)이 6 ∼ 7.7%이고 강도가 6.7 ∼ 7.2g/d임을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폴리에스테르 멀티필라멘트사의 제조방법(단, E2.25; 2.25g/d에서의 신장율, FS ; 자유수축율).
