Claims (4)
- 다음의 단계들을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고무보강용 폴리에스터 멀티필라멘트사의 제조방법.(A) 95몰% 이상의 에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 반복단위로 하고 있는 폴리에스터를 용융방사한 후, 지연냉각구역(가열 또는 비가열구역)과 급속냉각구역을 통과시켜서 고화시킨 후, 고유점도(I.V.) 0.83 ~ 1.2, 밀도 1.338 ~ 1.375 g/㎤의 미연신사를 제조하고, 유제를 부여하는 단계,(B) 상기 미연신사를 연신롤러의 온도를 25℃ ~ 80℃로 하여서 다단연신한 후 열고정롤러의 온도를 170℃ ~ 210℃로 하여서 열고정하여 밀도가 1.38~1.3865g/㎤이고 강도가 7.2 ~ 9.5 g/d인 연신사를 제조하는 단계.

- 청구항 1의 제조방법으로 제조한 폴리에스터 멀티필라멘트사에 의한 처리코드로서, 다음의 물성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리코드.다 음· E2.25 +FS : 6.0 ~ 8.0%· 강도 : 6.2 ~ 8.0g/d· 강력이용율 : 80 ~ 92%(단, E2.25 ; 2.25g/d에서의 신장율, FS ; 자유수축율)
