Claims (7)
- 규산소다 용액에 평균 입자경이 10 내지 500㎚의 산화아연 졸(zinc oxide sol)과 이산화티탄을 분산시킨 혼합액을 비이온계 계면활성제를 포함하는 비극성 유기용매 중에서 유화하는 단계; 및유기용제 중에 상기 혼합액의 액적이 분산된 에멀젼을 탄산암모늄 ((NH4)2CO3), 또는 탄산가스(CO2gas) 중 어느 하나로 반응시켜, 상기 혼합액의 액적을 겔화(gelation)시키는 단계를 포함하며,상기 이산화티탄 및 산화아연의 함량은 실리카와 이산화티탄 및 산화아연의 합계량에 대하여 각각 10 내지 30중량%이고,상기 계면활성제는, HLB 값이 3.4 내지 6.9범위인 지방산 소르비탄 에스테르계 화합물, 또는 HLB 값이 11.4 내지 16.3범위이고 에틸렌옥사이드가 20 내지 30몰 부가된 지방산 소르비탄 에스테르계 화합물 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 산화물 복합 구형 미립자 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 규산소다 용액은 실리카 농도가 5 내지 30중량%이고, Na2O와 SiO2의 몰비는 1.0 내지 4.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 산화물 복합 구형 미립자 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄산암모늄 혹은 탄산가스의 양은 반응에 필요한 화학 당량비의 1 내지 3 배인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 산화물 복합 구형 미립자 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유화단계는 인라인 호모믹서를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 산화물 복합 구형 미립자 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 인라인 호모믹서는 로타의 회전속도가 1,000 내지 15,000rpm범위인 것을 특징으로 무기 산화물 복합 구형 미립자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 겔화 종료 후, 원심분리에 의해 유기용매를 제거한 후에 200 내지 1,200℃에서 열처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기산화물 복합 구형 미립자의 제조방법.
