Description
Claims (6)
- 요크와, 영구자석과, 플레이트와, 1차 서스펜션이 일체화된 진동판과, 보이스 코일과, 프레임 및 프로텍터를 구비한 마이크로 스피커에 있어서,복원력이 우수한 재질로 제작되고, 상기 플레이트와 상기 진동판 사이에 마련된 2차 서스펜션을 포함하되,상기 보이스 코일이 상기 2차 서스펜션의 하부에 위치하도록 상기 2차 서스펜션에 부착되고, 상기 진동판이 상기 2차 서스펜션의 상부에 위치하도록 상기 2차 서스펜션에 부착되며,상기 2차 서스펜션의 가장자리(외주부)가 상기 프레임에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 스피커.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 2차 서스펜션은 복원력이 우수한 도전성 판 스프링으로서, 그 일부가 상기 프레임 외측으로 돌출되어 신호공급부와 연결될 수 있도록 하고, 상기 보이스 코일의 인입선이 상기 2차 서스펜션에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 스피커.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 2차 서스펜션은, 서로 대칭되는 형상을 갖는 2개의 서스펜션으로 구성되고, 상기 2개의 서스펜션은 서로 일정한 간격을 유지하여 전기적으로 연결되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 스피커.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 2개의 서스펜션 각각은,상기 프레임 외부로 돌출되는 전극단자로부터 연장된 반원호형의 외주부;상기 외주부(14)와 일정한 공간을 가지고, 상기 외주부와 직각으로 놓여지며, 상기 보이스 코일과 진동판이 접착되는 내주부;상기 외주부와 상기 내주부를 전기적으로 연결하고, 상하 진동에 대한 제동 기능을 수행하기 위한 제동막; 및상기 보이스 코일의 인입선이 연결되는 접속부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 스피커.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제동막은 두 개로 구성되되, 상기 제1 제동막은 상기 전극 단자와 인접한 상기 외주부 지점에서 일체로 연결되어 제1 외측 제동 지지점을 형성하고, 상기내주부와 일정한 간격을 유지한 체 상기 내주부의 일 지점에서 일체로 연결되어 제1 내측 제동 지지점을 형성하며, 상기 제2 제동막은 상기 전극 단자와 대향되는 상기 외주부 지점에서 일체로 연결되어 제2 외측 제동 지지점을 형성하고, 상기 외주부(16)와 일정한 간격을 유지한 체 상기 내주부의 타 지점에서 일체로 연결되어 제2 내측 제동 지지점을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 스피커.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 2차 서스펜션의 돌출된 부분을 절곡하여 상기 프레임에 고정함으로써, 상기 신호공급부와 접속이 스프링 터미널 형태(텐션 형태)로 이루어지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 스피커.
