Abstract
Description
図2aは、本発明による内磁型ダイナミック・マイクロスピーカの断面図である。
図面において、従来のマイクロスピーカと同一構成要素は同一の図面符号で示し、その機能も同一である。
これをより具体的に説明すると、2次サスペンションの各サスペンション部は、電極端子10から伸びて半円弧形の外周部14を形成する。そして、前記外周部14から一定の距離を置いて前記外周部14に直角に配置され、前記ボイスコイルおよび振動板が接着される内周部16が設けられる。また、サスペンション部には、前記外周部14と内周部16を電気的に連結し、上下振動に対する制振機能をするため、二つの制振膜15が設けられる。第1制振膜は、電極端子に隣接した外周部地点において一体的に連結されて第1外側制振支持点17を形成し、内周部16から一体の間隔を維持して内周部の一地点において一体的に連結されて第1内側制振支持点18を形成する。そして、前記第2制振膜は、電極端子と対向する外周部地点において一体的に連結されて第2外側制振支持点17を形成し、外周部16から一定の間隔を維持したままで内周部の他地点において一体的に連結されて第2内側制振支持点18を形成する。そして、内周部の中央地点には切欠部が形成され、前記ボイスコイルの引込み線19が切欠部の形成された接続部21に連結される。
本発明の他の実施形態においては、図5aおよび図5bに示すように、2次サスペンションの電極端子22を一定長さに延長してフレームの外部に突出させた後、これを折り曲げて電気接点を形成したものである。これにより、前記電極端子がテンションを有するので、信号供給部に連結するとき、別途の作業が不要である。
Claims (6)
- ヨークと、永久磁石と、プレートと、1次サスペンションと一体化された振動板と、ボイスコイルと、フレームと、プロテクタとを含むマイクロスピーカにおいて、
復元力に優れた材質からなり、前記プレートと前記振動板間に設けられた2次サスペンションを含み、
前記ボイスコイルは前記2次サスペンションの下部に付設され、前記振動板は前記2次サスペンションの上部に付設され、前記2次サスペンションの外縁部は前記フレームに固定されていることを特徴とするマイクロスピーカ。 - 前記2次サスペンションは復元力に優れた導電性板バネからなり、前記2次サスペンションの一部は前記フレームの外側に突出して信号供給部に連結され、前記ボイスコイルの引込線が前記2次サスペンションに連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロスピーカ。
- 前記2次サスペンションは、互いに対称形状を有する二つのサスペンション部からなり、前記二つのサスペンション部は、互いに一定の間隔を維持することにより、互いに電気的に連結されていないことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマイクロスピーカ。
- 前記二つのサスペンション部のそれぞれは、
前記フレームの外部に突出する電極端子から延長される半円弧形の外周部と、
前記外周部から一定の空間を有し、前記外周部に直角に配置され、前記ボイスコイルおよび前記振動板が接着される内周部と、
前記外周部と前記内周部を電気的に連結し、上下振動に対する制振機能を有する制振膜と、
前記ボイスコイルの引込線が連結される接続部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマイクロスピーカ。 - 前記サスペンション部は、2つの制振膜を有し、第1制振膜は、前記電極端子に隣接した前記外周部地点において一体的に連結されて第1外側制振支持点を形成し、前記内周部から一定の間隔を維持した状態で前記内周部の一地点において一体的に連結されて第1内側制振支持点を形成し、第2制振膜は、前記電極端子と対向する前記外周部地点において一体的に連結されて第2外側制振支持点を形成し、前記外周部から一定の間隔を維持した状態で前記内周部の他地点において一体的に連結されて第2内側制振支持点を形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマイクロスピーカ。
- 前記信号供給部との接続がスプリングターミナル型となるように、前記2次サスペンションの突出部が折り曲げられて前記フレームに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロスピーカ。
