本发明的又一目的在于,提供一种电磁振动器振动板装置的制作 方法: 将所述上悬边、 振动板依次放入该基座模具中, 通过嵌入射出 成一体, 形成该振动板模组, 再将两个振动板模组相对扣接并固定, 完全靠特殊的工业结构设计和独特的制程替代了胶水的应用,以达到 提升产品质量提高产品合格率的目的。
本发明的再一目的在于, 提供一种电磁振动器的振动板装置, 使 该振动板装置在被动辐射式音箱中做为辅助振动器使用时,籍由独特 的结构, 以更好地保证该振动板上下垂直均衡冲程。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明所采用的技术方案为: 提供一种电磁 振动器的振动板装置, 其包括至少一振动板模组; 且该振动板模组具 有一基座、 一振动板及一上悬边; 其中,
该基座具有一内侧面, 籍由该内侧面环绕该基座一周, 形成一穿 孔; 及至少一连接部, 设于该基座底部的四周, 以供与所述电磁振动 器的外围盆架相连接固定;
进一歩, 该基座还具有第一扣件及第一扣孔, 其中, 该扣件固设 于该基座底面一侧, 又该第一扣孔设于该基座底面的另一侧, 与该第 一扣件相对应; 以供将两个振动板模组使用时, 将其中一个振动板模 组旋转 180度,使该第一扣件与第一扣孔相扣合固定形成所述振动板 装置。
又该振动板设于该基座的穿孔的中央位置,其具有一上表面及一 下表面; 其中, 该振动板下表面设有第二扣件及第二扣孔; 且该地二 扣件固设于该振动板下表面的一侧,又该第二扣孔设于该振动板下表 面的另一侧, 与该第二扣件相对应; 以供将两个振动板模组使用时, 将其中一个振动板模组旋转 180度,使该第二扣件与第二扣孔相扣合 固定, 使该两振动板牢牢紧贴在一起。
再该上悬边的内缘与该振动板上表面的外围相连接固定,其外缘 固设于该基座上。
值得一提的是,该振动板装置还可以通过使用上述振动板模组及 一下悬边形成, 将该下悬边与该上悬边呈相反方向, 该下悬边的内缘 与该振动板下表面的外围相连接固定, 其外缘固设于该基座上。
值得一提的是, 该振动板装置用于电磁振动器时, 一种电磁振动 器, 其包括, 一振动板装置、 一音圈、 一磁回系统及一外围盆架; 其 中, 该音圈的其中一端固设于上述振动板下表面, 其另一端放置于磁 回系统中, 又该外围盆架的其中一端与磁回系统相连接固定, 其另一 端与该振动板装置的基座上的连接部相连接固定, 形成一整体。
值得一提的是, 该振动板装置用于音箱中作为辅助振动器使用 时, 将该振动板装置固定于该音箱箱体的辅助振动器安装位置上, 使 扬声器工作时所产生的声波带动该振动板装置更好地上下垂直均衡 振动。
同时提供一种电磁振动器的振动板装置的制作方法:
a. 将该上悬边及振动板放入基座模具中, 通过嵌入射出成一 体, 形成该振动板模组;
b. 再将两个所述振动板模组呈相对装连接固定形成该振动板 装置。
本发明的有益效果在于, 提供一种电磁振动器的振动板装置, 其 包括至少一振动板模组, 该振动板模组具有一基座、一振动板及一上 悬边, 且该上悬边的内缘与外缘分别连接于该振动板及该基座上, 使 之形成一个整体; 再将两个振动板模组以相反方向连接固定, 形成该 振动板装置, 籍由该振动板装置的独特结构, 使音圈带动振动板作动 时, 由于两个悬边及两个振动板的相互作用, 抵消了其音圈带动振动 板的作动时的晃动, 使音圈带动该振动板作上下垂直冲程, 从而取代 传统弹波; 再者, 使该振动板装置在被动辐射式音箱中做为辅助振动 器使用时, 籍由该上、 下悬边的运用, 以更好地保证该振动板上下垂 直均衡冲程; 同时, 提供一种电磁振动器振动板装置的制作方法: 将 该上悬边及振动板放入基座模具中, 通过嵌入射出成一体, 形成该振 动板模组;再将两个所述振动板模组呈相对装连接固定形成该振动板 装置, 完全靠特殊的工业结构设计和独特的制程替代了胶水的应用, 以达到提升产品质量提高产品合格率的效果。

具体实施方式
请参照图 2至图 3所示, 一种电磁振动器的振动板装置, 其包括 至少一振动板模组 10; 且该振动板模组 10具有一基座 11、一振动板 12及一上悬边 13; 其中,
该基座 11具有一内侧面 111, 籍由该内侧面 111环绕该基座 11 一周, 形成一穿孔 112; 及至少一连接部 113, 设于该基座 11底部的 四周, 以供与所述电磁振动器的外围盆架相连接固定;
进一歩, 该基座 11还具有第一扣件 114及第一扣孔 115, 其中, 该扣件 114固设于该基座 11底面一侧, 又该第一扣孔 115设于该基 座 11底面的另一侧, 与该第一扣件 114相对应; 以供将两个振动板 模组 11使用时, 将其中一个振动板模组旋转 180度, 使该第一扣件 114与第一扣孔 115相扣合固定形成所述振动板装置。
又该振动板 12设于该基座 11的穿孔 112的中央位置,其具有第 二扣件 121及第二扣孔 122; 且该地二扣件 121固设于该振动板 12 下表面的一侧,又该第二扣孔 122设于该振动板 12下表面的另一侧, 与该第二扣件 121相对应; 以供将两个振动板模组 10使用时, 将其 中一个振动板模组旋转 180度,使该第二扣件 121与第二扣孔 122相 扣合固定, 使该两振动板牢牢紧贴在一起。
进一歩, 该振动板 12上还设有至少一固定孔 123, 以供两个振 动板模组 10使用时,将该两个模组 10的振动板 12通过该固定孔 123 以锁螺丝等方式更好地固定。
再该上悬边 13的内缘与该振动板上表面的外围相连接固定, 其 外缘固设于该基座 11上。
值得一提的是, 该振动板装置用于电磁振动器时, 一种电磁振动 器, 其包括, 一振动板装置、 一音圈、 一磁回系统及一外围盆架; 其 中, 该音圈的其中一端固设于上述振动板下表面的音圈固定部上, 其 另一端放置于磁回系统中,又该外围盆架的其中一端与磁回系统相连 接固定, 其另一端与该振动板装置的基座上的连接部相连接固定, 形 成整个电磁振动器。
值得一提的是, 籍由该振动板装置的独特结构, 使音圈带动振动 板作动时, 由于两个悬边及两个振动板的相互作用, 抵消了其音圈带 动振动板的作动时的晃动, 使音圈带动该振动板作上下垂直冲程。
请参照图 6所示, 值得一提的是, 该振动板装置用于音箱中作为 辅助振动器使用时,将该振动板装置固定于该音箱箱体的辅助振动器 安装位置上,使扬声器工作时所产生的声波带动该振动板装置更好地 上下垂直均衡振动。
同时提供一种电磁振动器的振动板装置的制作方法:
a.将该上悬边及振动板放入基座模具中, 通过嵌入射出成一体, 形成该振动板模组;
b.再将两个所述振动板模组呈相对装连接固定形成该振动板装 置。
本发明的另一实施方式
请参照图 4至图 5所示, 一种电磁振动器的振动板装置, 该振动 板装置还可以通过使用上述振动板模组 10及一下悬边 20形成,将该 下悬边 20与该振动板模组 10的上悬边 13呈相反方向, 该下悬边 20 的内缘与该振动板 12下表面的外围相连接固定, 其外缘固设于该基 座 11上。
进一歩, 该振动板 12的下表面的中央位置设有一音圈固定部 124, 以供该电磁振动器的音圈的其中一端固定于该振动板 12上; 进一歩, 该振动板 12上还均匀布设有若干加强筋 125, 且该加 强筋 125以该音圈固定部 124为中心, 呈放射状围绕该音圈固定部 124向四周均匀扩散; 使该振动板 12在工作时更好地上下垂直均衡 冲程。
进一歩,该音圈固定部 124为一以围绕该振动板下表面的中心点 一圈的凹槽,以供该电磁振动器的音圈的其中一端插入且固定于该凹 槽中, 使音圈与振动板更好地连接固定。
进一歩, 该音圈固定部 124为一音圈托盘 (图中未示), 其呈一 "凸"状; 该音圈托盘的底部与该振动板的下表面的中央位置相黏接 固定, 顶部嵌入音圈的其中一端并与音圈相黏接固定, 以增加音圈与 振动板之间的连接面, 使该音圈与振动板更好地连接固定。
通过上述实施方式, 本发明的目的已经被完全有效的达到了。熟 悉该项技艺的人士应该明白本发明包括但不限于附图和上面具体实 施方式中描述的内容。任何不偏离本发明的功能和结构原理的修改都 将包括在权利要求书的范围中。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种电磁振动器的振动板装置, 其包括至少一振动板模组, 该振动板模组 具有一基座、 一振动板及一上悬边, 且该上悬边的内缘与外缘分别连接于该振动 板及该基座上, 使之形成一个整体; 其特征在于, 将两个该振动板模组呈相反方 向连接固定, 形成该振动板装置。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的电磁振动器的振动板装置, 其特征在于: 该基座具 有第一扣件及第一扣孔, 其中, 该扣件固设于该基座底面一侧, 又该第一扣孔设 于该基座底面的另一侧, 与该第一扣件相对应; 以供将两个振动板模组使用时, 将其中一个振动板模组旋转 180度, 使该第一扣件与第一扣孔相扣合固定形成所 述振动板装置。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的电磁振动器的振动板装置, 其特征在于: 该振动板 下表面设有第二扣件及第二扣孔; 且该地二扣件固设于该振动板下表面的一侧, 又该第二扣孔设于该振动板下表面的另一侧, 与该第二扣件相对应; 以供将两个 振动板模组使用时, 将其中一个振动板模组旋转 180度, 使该第二扣件与第二扣 孔相扣合固定。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的电磁振动器的振动板装置, 其特征在于: 该振动板 上还设有至少一固定孔, 以供两个振动板模组使用时, 将两个该振动板模组的振 动板通过该固定孔以锁螺丝方式更好地固定。
5.—种电磁振动器的振动板装置, 其包括一振动板模组及一下悬, 其特征在 于: 将该下悬边与该振动板模组的上悬边呈相反方向, 该下悬边的内缘与该振动 板下表面的外围相连接固定, 其外缘固设于该基座上形成该振动板装置。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的电磁振动器的振动板装置, 其特征在于: 该振动板 的下表面的中央位置设有一音圈固定部, 以供该电磁振动器的音圈的其中一端固 定于该振动板上。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的电磁振动器的振动板装置, 其特征在于: 该振动板 上还均匀布设有若干加强筋, 且该加强筋以该音圈固定部为中心, 呈放射状围绕 该音圈固定部向四周均匀扩散。
8.根据权利要求 5所述的电磁振动器的振动板装置, 其特征在于, 该音圈固 定部为一以围绕该振动板下表面的中心点一圈的凹槽, 以供该电磁振动器的音圈 的其中一端插入且固定于该凹槽中。
9根据权利要求 5所述的电磁振动器的振动板装置, 其特征在于, 该音圈固 定部为一音圈托盘, 其呈一 "凸 "状; 该音圈托盘的底部与该振动板的下表面的 中央位置相黏接固定, 顶部嵌入音圈的其中一端并与音圈相黏接固定。
10.一种电磁振动器的振动板装置的制作方法:
a.将该上悬边及振动板放入基座模具中, 通过嵌入射出成一体, 形成该振动 板模组;
b.再将两个所述振动板模组呈相对装连接固定形成该振动板装置。
