电子设备及其扬声器

技术领域
本发明涉及音频输出领域,特别是涉及一种电子设备的扬声器。此外,本发明还涉及一种包括上述扬声器的电子设备。
背景技术
随着手机以及平板电脑等电子设备的广泛应用,且由于电子设备体积越来越小,对于与之配套使用的扬声器也有越来越高的要求。由于留给扬声器的安装空间变小,但对音质的要求却在不断提高,所以需要扬声器具有体积小、音量大、失真低、功率大以及能够在大振幅下工作等特点。
在现有的扬声器中,一般是在振膜上安装球顶共同组成振动装置,振动装置被音圈带动做往复运动,进而振动发声。振膜通常为多层薄膜加胶层构成,薄膜所用材料一般为聚醚醚酮薄膜材料、聚芳酯薄膜材料或聚氨酯膜材料。由于需要多层薄膜进行复合,且基于材料本身的性质,因此振膜的厚度较薄,使得由多层较薄的薄膜材料复合而成的振膜在振动时弹性的线性范围较小,容易产生不平衡振动,可靠性较低,并且在大振幅时超出线性拉伸范围,导致失真较高,进而影响音频输出的质量,不能适用于需要大功率以及大音量的音频输出。
因此,如何提供一种能够在大功率以及大音量下进行失真较低的音频输出的扬声器是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电子设备的扬声器,能够在大功率以及大音量下进行失真较低的音频输出。本发明的另一目的是提供一种包括上述扬声器的电子设备,能够在大功率以及大音量下进行失真较低的音频输出。

优选地,所述环形振膜的内侧边缘设置有切口,所述音圈的一端与所述环形振膜内侧边缘的下表面粘接,且所述球顶透过所述切口的下表面与所述音圈的一端粘接。
优选地,所述球顶位于所述环形振膜下部,所述环形振膜内侧边缘的下表面与所述球顶外侧边缘的上表面粘接,所述音圈的一端与所述球顶的下表面粘接。
优选地,还包括环状的前盖,所述振膜外侧边缘的上表面与所述前盖的下表面粘接,所述前盖与所述端面开口的边缘粘接。
优选地,所述凸起的凹槽内设置有加强筋。
本发明还提供一种电子设备,包括音频输出端以及与所述音频输出端连接的扬声器,所述扬声器具体为上述任意一项所述的扬声器。
优选地,所述电子设备具体为手机、平板电脑或笔记本电脑。
本发明提供的扬声器,包括盆架、振动装置、音圈和磁路,其中振动装置包括球顶和振膜,振膜的外侧边缘与盆架的端面开口的边缘连接,球顶固定安装于振膜的中部,且振膜为单层弹性膜。由于硅胶弹性膜材料弹性好容易起振,但由于内阻尼大而不容易过振,因此在大振幅下有较大的线性范围,振膜在振动时弹性的线性范围较大,利于平衡振动,可靠性较 高,并且在大振幅时仍然能够保证在线性拉伸范围振动,导致失真较低,进而提高音频输出的质量,能适用于需要大功率以及大音量的音频输出。
本发明还提供一种包括上述扬声器的电子设备,由于上述扬声器具有上述技术效果,上述电子设备也应具有同样的技术效果,在此不再详细介绍。

具体实施方式
本发明的核心是提供一种电子设备的扬声器,能够在大功率以及大音量下进行失真较低的音频输出。本发明的另一核心是提供一种包括上述扬声器的电子设备,能够在大功率以及大音量下进行失真较低的音频输出。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图和具 体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参考图1,图1为本发明所提供的扬声器的具体实施方式一的结构示意图。
本发明具体实施方式提供的扬声器,包括盆架1、振动装置、音圈2和磁路3,其中盆架1内部中空且上端设有端面开口,磁路3设置于盆架1内部下端,振动装置覆盖盆架1上部的端面开口,音圈2的一端与振动装置连接,另一端进入磁路3的缝隙内。并且振动装置包括球顶4和振膜,其中振膜的外侧边缘与盆架1的端面开口的边缘连接,球顶4固定安装于振膜的中部,且振膜为硅胶弹性膜。
工作时,根据输出的音频信号向音圈2内通电进而产生变化的磁场,由于磁路3具有磁性,使得音圈2在磁路3的缝隙内往复运动,带动与之连接的振动装置振动发声。由于硅胶弹性膜材料弹性好容易起振,但由于内阻尼大而不容易过振,因此在大振幅下有较大的线性范围,振膜在振动时弹性的线性范围较大,利于平衡振动,可靠性较高,并且在大振幅时仍然能够保证在线性拉伸范围振动,导致失真较低,进而提高音频输出的质量,能适用于需要大功率以及大音量的音频输出。
为了进一步平衡振动,可在振膜上一体式设置向上的凸起6,凸起6呈环状围绕球顶4的外侧边缘。通过设置凸起6,既可以在振膜所在的平面内限制球顶4的移动,同时又能够增加振膜在垂直方向上的弹性的线性范围。振膜设置成具有弯折的结构,可拉伸的距离较大,相较于平面结构的直接拉伸,凸起6能够对振动时的拉伸起到缓冲的作用,提高扬声器的稳定性,也可向下设置凸起,只要不与其他部件发生干涉,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
在本发明具体实施方式提供的扬声器中,振膜可以具体为环形振膜5,球顶4覆盖环形振膜5的中部开口,球顶4的外侧边缘与环形振膜5的内侧边缘连接。通过球顶4覆盖环形振膜5的中部开口,保证了振动装置的完整性,使其能够正常工作,同时采用环形结构,减轻了振动装置的质量,进一步提高了扬声器的音频输出效果,也可设置成完整的振膜,也在本发明的保护范围之内。
当采用环形振膜5时,球顶4需要完全覆盖中部开口,因此两者具有 多种连接方式,可以使球顶4位于环形振膜5上部,此时环形振膜5内侧边缘的上表面与球顶4外侧边缘的下表面粘接,音圈2的一端与环形振膜5的下表面粘接通过这种方式进行粘接,连接更加稳固,保证扬声器的正常工作,也可使用其他连接方式,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
当球顶4位于所述环形振膜5上部时,可以具有多种连接方式,请参考图2至图4,图2为本发明所提供的扬声器的具体实施方式二的结构示意图;图3为本发明所提供的扬声器的具体实施方式三的结构示意图;图4为本发明所提供的扬声器的具体实施方式四的结构示意图。
如图2所示,在环形振膜5的内侧边缘设置切口7,音圈2的一端与环形振膜5内侧边缘的下表面粘接,且球顶4透过切口7的下表面也音圈2的这一端粘接,胶水可打在音圈2的内侧或外侧或两侧均有。这种连接方式安装过程简单,能够提高安装效率,也可不设置切口7,只要保证各部件之间稳定连接,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
也可如图3所示,在将球顶4设置于环形振膜5上部的基础上,将音圈2粘接在球顶4与环形振膜5的交接处,使音圈2同时粘接两部分,也便于安装。也可如图4所示,在将球顶4设置于环形振膜5上部的基础上,将音圈2粘接在球顶4的下表面,只要保证各部件之间稳定连接,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
在本发明具体实施方式提供的扬声器中,也可将球顶4设置于环形振膜5下部,请参考图5,图5为本发明所提供的扬声器的具体实施方式五的结构示意图。
将环形振膜5内侧边缘的下表面与球顶4外侧边缘的上表面粘接,音圈2的一端与球顶的下表面粘接,这种方式也能够实现扬声器的相应功能,因此球顶4与环形振膜5之间不同的上下位置关系,以及音圈2的不同安装位置,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
为了使振膜外侧边缘与盆架1稳定连接,两者之间具有多种连接方式,请参考图6至图10,图6为本发明所提供的扬声器的具体实施方式六的结构示意图;图7为本发明所提供的扬声器的具体实施方式七的结构示意图;图8为本发明所提供的扬声器的具体实施方式八的结构示意图;图9为本发明所提供的扬声器的具体实施方式九的结构示意图;图10为本发明所提 供的扬声器的具体实施方式十的结构示意图。
在本发明具体实施方式提供的扬声器中,还可以包括环状的前盖8,振膜外侧边缘的上表面与前盖8的下表面粘接,然后前盖8与盆架1的端面开口的边缘粘接。通过设置前盖8,使振膜与盆架1的连接更稳定,也可不设置前盖8,也在本发明的保护范围之内。
振膜与盆架1具有多种连接方式,如图7所示,振膜外侧边缘设置有向下的凸边,能够与盆架的端面开口的边缘更好的吻合,也可如图8所示,在振膜外侧边缘设置向上的凸边,或者如图9所示,在振膜外侧边缘不设置凸边,为平面结构,或者如图10所示,在振膜外侧边缘注塑凸环9,凸环9可以为塑料材质,也可为金属材质,只要保证振膜与盆架1稳定连接,上述各连接方式,或其他连接方式,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
为了限制振膜在其所在平面的移动,提高振膜振动稳定性,可以采用多种方式,请参考图11至图13,图11为本发明所提供的扬声器中的振膜的一种具体实施方式的结构示意图;图12为本发明所提供的扬声器中的振膜的另一种具体实施方式的结构示意图;图13为本发明所提供的扬声器中的振膜的另一种具体实施方式的剖面放大示意图。
在本发明具体实施方式提供的扬声器中,为了进一步加强振膜的强度,可以再凸起6反面的凹槽内设置加强筋,加强筋可设置于转角处,或相对的两边,或在凹槽内均匀设置,只要保证振膜的强度,其中加强筋可具有多种形状,如圆柱形、圆弧形及棱柱形等多种形式,均在本发明的保护范围之内。也可采用其他加强方式,如使转交处的凸起6具有较大的宽度,同时振膜在转角处也具有较大的宽度,其余位置可以较窄。也可以使凸起6的最高点具有较大的厚度,向最高点两侧逐渐变薄。通过局部加厚的设计,保证振膜的强度与稳定性,各种方式均在本发明的保护范围之内。
上述各具体实施方式提供的扬声器,提及的上下位置关系,均为振膜水平放置且磁路3位于振膜之下的情况下形成的位置关系,上下表面均为特定的表面,扬声器的放置方式改变时,特定的表面并不改变。
除了上述扬声器,本发明的具体实施方式还提供一种包括上述扬声器的电子设备,该电子设备其他各部分的结构请参考现有技术,本文不再赘述。
具体地,上述电子设备可以是手机、平板电脑或笔记本电脑。也可以为其他需要输出音频的电子设备,如收音机,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
以上对本发明所提供的电子设备及其扬声器进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子设备的扬声器,包括用于与所述电子设备连接的中空的盆架(1)、用于振动发声的振动装置、用于带动所述振动装置运动的音圈(2)和设置于所述盆架(1)内部下端且具有磁性的磁路(3),所述盆架(1)的上端设置有端面开口,所述振动装置覆盖所述端面开口,所述音圈(2)的一端与所述振动装置连接,另一端能够进入所述磁路(3)的缝隙内往复运动,其特征在于,所述振动装置包括振膜和固定安装于所述振膜中部的球顶(4),所述振膜的外侧边缘与所述端面开口的边缘连接,所述振膜为硅胶弹性膜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振膜上一体式设置有向上的凸起(6),所述凸起(6)呈环状围绕所述球顶(4)的外侧边缘。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振膜具体为环形振膜(5),所述球顶(4)覆盖所述环形振膜(5)的中部开口,所述球顶(4)的外侧边缘与所述环形振膜(5)的内侧边缘连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述球顶(4)位于所述环形振膜(5)上部,所述环形振膜(5)内侧边缘的上表面与所述球顶(4)外侧边缘的下表面粘接,所述音圈(2)的一端与所述环形振膜(5)的下表面粘接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述环形振膜(5)的内侧边缘设置有切口(7),所述音圈(2)的一端与所述环形振膜(5)内侧边缘的下表面粘接,且所述球顶(4)透过所述切口(7)的下表面与所述音圈(2)的一端粘接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述球顶(4)位于所述环形振膜(5)下部,所述环形振膜(5)内侧边缘的下表面与所述球顶(4)外侧边缘的上表面粘接,所述音圈(2)的一端与所述球顶(4)的下表面粘接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,还包括环状的前盖(8),所述振膜外侧边缘的上表面与所述前盖(8)的下表面粘接,所述前盖(8)与所述端面开口的边缘粘接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述凸起(6)的凹槽内设置有加强筋。
  9. 一种电子设备,包括音频输出端以及与所述音频输出端连接的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器具体为权利要求1至8任意一项所述的扬声器。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备具体为手机、平板电脑或笔记本电脑。
