Claims (9)
- 노즐내압의 설정치와 노즐내압의 검출치의 차에 기하여 노즐내압을 제어하는노즐내 수지압 피드백 제어계와,금형내의 수지압을 검출하기 위한 형내압 센서를 가지는 사출성형기의 제어방법에 있어서,(a)상기 형내압 센서에 의하여 형내압 검출치를 검출하고,(b)상기 형내압 검출치와 형내압 설정치의 차를 감산기(42)에서 산출하며,(c)상기 형내압의 설정치와 상기 형내압의 검출치의 차를 0(zero)에 근접하도록, 노즐내압의 설정치를 상기 산출된 차에 따라서 주(主)조정계에서 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는사출성형기의 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐내 수지압 피드백 제어계는, 노즐 내의 수지압을 노즐내압 검출치로서 검출하기 위한 노즐내압센서를 포함하되, 상기 노즐내압 설정치와 상기 노즐내압 검출치와의 차에 따라서 사출압을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 제어방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 사출성형기는 유압식 사출성형기이고, 상기 노즐내 수지압 피드백 제어계는 상기 노즐내압 설정치와 상기 노즐내압 검출치와의 차에 근거하여 사출실린더의 유압을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 제어방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 사출성형기는 전동식 사출성형기이고, 상기 노즐내 수지압 피드백 제어계는, 상기 노즐내압 설정치와 상기 노즐내압 검출치와의 차에 근거하여 사출용 서보모터로 구동되는 스크루의 위치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는사출성형기의 제어방법.
- 사출성형기에 있어서, 금형의 캐버티 또는 캐버티에 이르는 수지유로(樹脂流路) 내의 수지압을 검출하기 위한 형내압센서와, 사출·보압(保壓)압력을 검출하기 위한 압력센서와, 사출·보압압력 설정부와, 형내압 설정부를 구비하되,상기 형내압 설정부는 기억부를 가지며, 상기 사출·보압압력 설정부로부터의 사출·보압압력 설정치에 대하여 상기 압력센서로부터의 검출치를 피드백하여 조건 설정을 행하고, 상기 조건 설정에 있어서 좋은 품질의 성형품이 얻어졌을 때의 상기 형내압센서의 검출패턴이 형내압 설정치로서 상기 기억부에 미리 기억되고,실제 성형에 있어서는, 상기 압력센서로부터의 검출치를 피드백함과 동시에, 상기 기억부에 기억되어 있는 형내압 설정치와 상기 형내압센서로부터의 검출치와의 차를 피드백하여 상기 사출·보압압력 설정부로부터의 사출·보압압력 설정치를 조정함으로써, 사출·보압압력 피드백 루프를 마이너 루프로 하여 형내압 피드백을 행하여 사출·보압의 지령치를 조절할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 제어장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기억부에 성형품의 종별(種別)마다 여러 종류의 검출 패턴을 미리 기억시켜 두고, 임의로 선택할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 제어장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 하나의 성형품에 대하여 상기 검출패턴을 다수 개 얻어, 이들 다수의 검출패턴의 평균을 상기 형내압 설정치로서 상기 기억부에 기억하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 제어장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 검출패턴을 얻기 위한 샘플링을 1숏 내의 소정의 시간대에 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 제어장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 사출·보압압력 설정부로부터의 사출·보압압력 설정치에 대한 상기 기억부에 기억되어 있는 검출패턴과 상기 형내압센서로부터의 검출치와의 차의 피드백을 1숏 내의 상기 소정 시간대에만 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 제어장치.
