Claims (8)
- 축방향 세팅 장치는 그 중 하나가 축방향으로 유지되어 하우징 내에서 회전식으로 고정 유지되고 다른 하나는 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 장착되어 회전식으로 구동되고 공통 축 상에 중심을 두며 서로 대면하는 그 각각의 단부면 상에서 다수의 동일한 원주상 연장 홈(41, 44)들을 각각 포함하는 두 개의 세팅 링(23, 26)을 포함하고, 단부면의 평면도에서 그 홈(41, 44)들은 동일한 원주 방향으로 높아진 안길이를 갖는 부분을 포함하고, 두 개의 세팅 링(23, 26) 내의 홈(41, 44)의 쌍들은 각각 볼(29)을 수용하고, 회전 구동 세팅 링(23)은 구동과 관련하여 전기 모터(11)에 연결되고, 축방향 이동 가능한 세팅 링(26)은 압력 스프링(37)에 의해 축방향 유지 세팅 링(23)을 향해 로딩되고, 전기 모터(11)에 양의 전압을 인가(양의 전류를 인가)할 때, 축방향 세팅 장치는 전진 위치로 이동하고, 전기 모터(11)로부터의 전압 인가를 끊을(전압을 가하지 않을) 때 축방향 세팅 장치는 시작 위치로 복원되는, 특히 마찰 커플링용 전기기계적 축방향 세팅 장치의 복원 방법에 있어서,복원을 위해 우선 음의 전압이 전기 모터(11)에 인가되고(음의 전류가 인가되고), 전기 모터(11)가 그 아이들링 속도에 도달될 때는 전압 인가가 끊기는(전압을 인가하지 않는) 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복원 운동 중에 시작 위치에 도달하기 직전에 제동 모멘트의 발생을 위해 전기 모터가 단락(단락 전류로)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복원 운동 중에 시작 위치에 도달하기 직전에 제동 모멘트의 발생을 위해 양의 전압이 전기 모터에 짧게 인가(양의 전류가 인가)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 복원 운동 중에 늦어도 축방향 세팅 장치가 시작 위치에 도달할 때에는, 전기 모터(11)에서의 단락/양의 전압 접속이 제거/전압 인가가 끊기는(전압을 인가하지 않는) 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 축방향 세팅 장치는 그 중 하나가 축방향으로 유지되어 하우징 내에서 회전식으로 고정 유지되고 다른 하나는 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 장착되어 회전식으로 구동되고 공통 축 상에 중심을 두며 서로 대면하는 그 각각의 단부면 상에서 다수의 동일한 원주상 연장 홈(41, 44)을 각각 포함하는 두 개의 세팅 링(23, 26)을 포함하고, 단부면의 평면도에서 그 홈(41, 44)들은 동일한 원주 방향으로 높아진 안길이를 갖는 부분을 포함하고, 두 개의 세팅 링(23, 26) 내의 홈(41, 44)의 쌍들은 각각 볼(29)을 수용하고, 회전 구동 세팅 링(23)은 구동과 관련하여 전기 모터(11)에 연결되고, 축방향 이동 가능한 세팅 링(26)은 압력 스프링(37)에 의해 축방향 유지 세팅 링(23)을 향해 로딩되는, 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 실행하기 위해 제공되는, 특히 마찰 커플링용 전기기계적 축방향 세팅 장치에있어서,전기 모터용 전압 역전 회로와, 전압 방해를 위해 전기 모터의 아이들링 속도를 통해 서로 논리적으로 연결되는 전기 모터용 모터 속도 기록 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 세팅 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전기 모터의 단락 전환 회로를 제어하기 위해 축방향 세팅 장치의 회전부에 배치된 회전 위치 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 세팅 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전기 모터의 전압 연결 회로를 제어하기 위해 축방향 세팅 장치의 회전부에 배치된 회전 위치 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 세팅 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 시작 위치에서의 축방향 세팅 장치의 회전 정지부에 도달할 때 전기 모터의 전압 연결 회로와 단락 전환 회로를 방해하기 위한 회전 위치 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 세팅 장치.
