- 시신를 화장하고 남은 유골을 분쇄하여 골분을 만드는 골분 제조단계;상기 골분 제조단계에 의해 형성된 골분을 세라믹재 용해로에 투입하고, 상기 골분 중량의 3 ~ 5 중량%의 탄산바륨과, 상기 골분 중량의 2 ~ 3 중량%의 석회를 투입한 후 450℃ ~ 550℃의 화염을 가해 골분의 표면에 막을 형성시키는 막형성 단계;상기 막형성 단계에 의해 막이 형성된 골분에 900℃ ~ 1000℃의 화염을 8 ~ 13분 동안 가해 상기 골분을 덩어리로 응집시키는 응집단계;상기 응집단계에 의해 덩어리로 응집된 골분에 1700℃ ~ 2000℃의 화염을 15 ~ 25분 동안 가해 용융시키는 용융단계; 및상기 용융단계에 의해 용융된 액상의 골분을 낙하시키면서 타격하여 미립화시키고, 미립화된 액상의 골분을 진동판위에 낙하시켜 구형의 결정체로 형성시키는 냉각단계;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장후 남은 유골로부터 결정체를 만드는 방법.
