Claims (10)
- 다층구조의 폼 드레싱재에 있어서, 두께가 0.5~10mm 범위이고, 그 구조가 0.5∼50㎛ 두께의 외측필름층(1)과 직경 50∼500㎛의 오픈 셀(open cell)을 다수 포함하는 내부흡수폼층(2), 그리고 평균직경 60㎛의 포아(pore)가 다수 존재하는 0.5∼60㎛ 두께의 상처면 접촉필름층(3)의 세층구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 다층구조의 폼 드레싱재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폼 드레싱재의 외측필름층(1)이 포아가 없는 구조이고, 상처면 접촉필름층(3)은 그 표피층 포아(pore)의 면적이 전 표피층 면적의 5∼50%를 점유함을 특징으로하는 다층구조의 폼 드레싱재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폼 드레싱재의 내부흡수폼층(2)이 오픈 셀(open cell)화율이 50∼80%인 것을 특징으로하는 다층구조의 폼 드레싱재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폼 드레싱재가 100∼3,000중량%의 흡수도와 37.5℃, 10~100% 상대습도하에서 500∼5,000g/㎡/24hrs의 투습도를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 다층구조의 폼 드레싱재.
- 다층구조의 폼 드레싱재의 제조방법에 있어서, 폼 드레싱재는 디이소시아네이트 1~3몰과 폴리에테르폴리올 0.15~0.5몰비로 합성되는 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머 40∼75중량%에 발포제 15∼45중량% 가교제 5∼35중량% 및 계면활성제, 보습제, 이형제, 항균제, 안료 등의 첨가제 0.5~15중량%를 혼합ㆍ교반하여 그 일면에 이형제가 도포된 몰드에 주입하여 30∼60℃에서 발포성형하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 제 1항 내지 제 4항에 기재된 다층구조의 폼 드레싱재의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트, 2,4-톨루엔디이소시아네이트 및 그 이성질체, 이소포론디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트임을 특징으로 하는 상기 제 1항 내지 제 4항에 기재된 다층구조의 폼 드레싱재의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 폴리에테르폴리올이 분자내에 3개 이상의 수산기를 갖고 분자량이 3,000∼6,000이며 에틸렌옥사이드 함량이 50∼80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌옥사이드/프로필렌옥사이드 랜덤 공중합체와 분자내에 2개 이상의 수산기를 갖고 분자량이 1,000∼4,000인 폴리프로필렌글리콜이 100:0∼30:70의 중량비로 합성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 상기 제 1항 내지 제 4항에 기재된 다층구조의 폼 드레싱재의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 발포제가 클로로플루오로카본(CFC-141b), 메틸렌클로라이드(Methylene chloride), 증류수임을 특징으로 하는 상기 제 1항 내지 제 4항에 기재된 다층구조의 폼 드레싱재의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 가교제가 글리세롤, 솔비톨, 분자량이 200∼2,000인 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 트리메틸올프로판임을 특징으로 하는 상기 제 1항 내지 제 4항에 기재된 다층구조의 폼 드레싱재의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 에틸렌옥사이드-프로필렌옥사이드 블록 공중합체인 L-62, L-64, P-84, P-85, P-105, F-68, F-87, F-88, F-108, F-127 또는 이들 혼합물과 실리콘계 계면활성제인 L-508, L-5305, L-5302, L-3150을 0.1∼10중량% 사용하고, 보습제는 히아루론산, 소듐알지네이트, 펙틴, 잔탄검, 구아검, 카라야검, 소디움 카르복시메틸셀룰로스, 콘드로이틴설페이트, 3-아미노프로필디하이드로젠 포스페이트, 키틴, 키토산, 젤라틴을 0.1∼10중량%로 사용하고, 이형제로는 실리콘계 계면활성제인 L-45, L-580, L-3002, L-5309을 0.1∼10중량% 사용하며, 항균제로는 글루코네이트 클로로헥시딘, 아세테이트 클로로헥시딘, 하이드로클로라이드 클로로헥시딘, 실버술파다이아진, 포비돈 아이오딘, 벤즈알코니움 클로라이드, 퓨라진, 아이도카인, 헥사클로로펜, 클로로테트라사이클린, 네오마이신, 페니실린, 젠타마이신, 아크리놀을 0.5∼5중량% 사용하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 제 1항 내지 제 4항에 기재된 다층구조의 폼 드레싱재의 제조방법.
