Claims (5)
- 연속적인 폴리에스터 극세 섬유 또는 나일론과 폴리에스터가 혼합된 초극세 섬유의 에지리스(edgeless)한 돔 형태의 코드사(dome type cord yarn or tubular cord yarn)로 제직된 코메즈(frill)를 폴리우레탄 코팅된 라셀(Rashell) 원단 또는 폴리비닐클로라이드 코팅된 메쉬(mesh) 원단에 봉재 부착함에 있어서, 코메즈의 처음 시작 부분의 루프(loop)와 몹 제조 완료 단계의 마지막 부분의 절단된 루프의 끝 부분을 열로써 용융시키거나 또는 린트나 화이버 발생이 적은 원단 테이프로 감싸 코메즈 부착 원단에 봉재 부착하여 제조된 원단을 사용하거나 또는 극세 섬유 코드사를 터프팅 기계로써 루프로 형성시켜 제직된 폴리우레탄 코팅된 라셀(Rashell) 원단 또는 폴리비닐클로라이드 코팅된 메쉬(mesh) 원단을 사용하여 제조된 몹(mop) 및 도전체로 이루어진 프레임(frame) 및 핸들로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 청정실용 몹 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 봉재 부착시 봉사로서 폴리에스터 필라멘트를 사용하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 청정실용 몹 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임 및 핸들이 알루미늄, 스테인레스 스틸과 같은 도전체인 것을 특징으로 하는 청정실용 몹 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임이 내열성 공업용 플라스틱 새들(saddle)로 된중앙 부분과 스테인리스 스틸 와이어(wire)로 된 가장 자리 부분으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 청정실용 몹 시스템.
