本发明公开了一种超细纤维布，属于纤维布技术领域，解决了洁净方面问题，其技术方案要点是包括基层布、中层布、和外层布，外层布包裹于基层布上并相互缝合形成两个内置口袋，所述内置口袋中填充所述中层布，所述外层布为纬平针地组织的纬编双面毛圈织物，包括第一纱线、第二纱线和第三纱线，第一纱线为编织地纱，第二纱线和第三纱线分别为正面毛圈和反面毛圈纱，基层布为涤纶线编织层，中层布为海绵布，达到了提高清除污渍的能力和使用寿命的效果。

一种超细纤维布
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维布领域，特别地，涉及一种超细纤维布。
背景技术
在目前，超细纤维的定义各国略有不同。美国的PET委员会将0．3-1．1dtex及以下的纤维定义为超细纤维，AKZO公司定义0．3dtex以下的纤维为超细纤维，意大利的超细纤维定义则是指0．5dtex及以下的纤维，日本化纤行业普遍将单纤细度低于0．3dtex的纤维称为超细纤维。在我国，一般把O．9—1．4dtex的纤维称为细特纤维，0．55—1．1dtex的纤维称为微细纤维，而0．55dtex以下的纤维称为超细纤维。
国际上最细的纤维已达0．0001dtex。
超细纤维的原料主要有涤纶、锦纶、丙纶、粘胶、氨纶等，品种主要有长丝和短纤维丝。通过超细纤维制造的布料，就是超细纤维布，此布料由于市场上的加工工艺不同，结构不同，产生的效果也有较大的区别。
在洁净布方面，现有的布料使用效果并不理想，使用寿命不长，容易破损以及污渍清除能力有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足之处，至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题，提供一种超细纤维布，以达到便于清洁，提高清除污渍的能力和使用寿命的目的。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：一种超细纤维布，包括基层布、中层布、和外层布，外层布包裹于基层布上并相互缝合形成两个内置口袋，所述内置口袋中填充所述中层布，所述外层布为纬平针地组织的纬编双面毛圈织物，包括第一纱线、第二纱线和第三纱线，第一纱线为编织地纱，第二纱线和第三纱线分别为正面毛圈和反面毛圈纱，基层布为涤纶线编织层，中层布为海绵布。
作为本发明的具体方案可以优选为：所述外层布上设置有若干通孔，所述海绵布透露在通孔上。
作为本发明的具体方案可以优选为：所述基层布的涤纶线上套有PVC层。
作为本发明的具体方案可以优选为：所述外层布上固定有若干磁铁。
作为本发明的具体方案可以优选为：所述第一纱线、第二纱线和第三纱线均为33．3dtex／72f锦纶，或纤细度均为O．144dtex，或者，第一纱线为锦纶、第二纱线和第三纱线为纯棉纱。
作为本发明的具体方案可以优选为：所述海绵布层上设置有凸起，所述凸起伸出通孔，所述凸起为塑料材质。
作为本发明的具体方案可以优选为：所述凸起上设置有若干凸点。
作为本发明的具体方案可以优选为：所述凸起上设置有插槽，插槽内装配连接刷毛。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面：通过多层不同材质的搭配组合，借助超细纤维布的特点，提高清洁能力和使用便捷性。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例，所述实施例的示例在附图中示出，下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的，旨在用于解释本发明，以使本发明技术方案更易于理解和掌握，而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
实施例：一种超细纤维布，参考图1所示，包括基层布1、中层布2、和外层布3。外层布3包裹于基层布1上并相互缝合形成两个内置口袋4，内置口袋4中填充中层布2。基层布1为涤纶线11编织层，中层布2为海绵布。
参考图4，外层布3为纬平针地组织的纬编双面毛圈织物，包括第一纱线31、第二纱线32和第三纱线33，第一纱线31为编织地纱，第二纱线32和第三纱线33分别为正面毛圈和反面毛圈纱。第一纱线31、第二纱线32和第三纱线33均为33．3dtex／72f锦纶，或纤细度均为O．144dtex，或者，第一纱线31为锦纶、第二纱线32和第三纱线33为纯棉纱。毛圈高度均匀、整齐，毛圈密度大。织物在纱线选用上，由于在编织时编链梳的纱线受到较大的张力，故采用韧性较好的锦纶。
如图2所示，基层布1的涤纶线11上套有PVC层12。为了进一步提高结构强度，在选材上，选用具有PVC外包的涤纶线11作为编织线进行编织形成布层结构。
为了便于使用，外层布3上固定有若干磁铁5。磁体的作用可以便于吸附在铁质物件上进行悬挂，也可以进行内置口袋4的打开和关闭。
结合图3和图5所示，外层布3上设置有若干通孔34，海绵布透露在通孔34上。海绵布层上设置有凸起21，凸起21伸出通孔34，凸起21为塑料材质。凸起21上设置有若干凸点22。凸起21上设置有插槽23，插槽23内装配连接刷毛24。
在使用过程中，可以不装配刷毛24进行使用，此时凸点22和凸块起到对顽固污渍的物理摩擦作用，提高清洁能力。另外还可以装配上刷毛24来改变清洁能力，对于一些需要轻柔清洁的地方，则可以通过刷毛24来清洁。在清洁过程中，外层布3能够起到更好的除污能力。
当然，以上只是本发明的典型实例，除此之外，本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式，凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案，均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

1.一种超细纤维布，包括基层布、中层布、和外层布，外层布包裹于基层布上并相互缝合形成两个内置口袋，所述内置口袋中填充所述中层布，其特征是，所述外层布为纬平针地组织的纬编双面毛圈织物，包括第一纱线、第二纱线和第三纱线，第一纱线为编织地纱，第二纱线和第三纱线分别为正面毛圈和反面毛圈纱，基层布为涤纶线编织层，中层布为海绵布。
2.如权利要求1所述的超细纤维布，其特征在于：所述外层布上设置有若干通孔，所述海绵布透露在通孔上。
3.如权利要求1所述的超细纤维布，其特征在于：所述基层布的涤纶线上套有PVC层。
4.如权利要求1所述的超细纤维布，其特征在于：所述外层布上固定有若干磁铁。
5.如权利要求1所述的超细纤维布，其特征在于：所述第一纱线、第二纱线和第三纱线均为33．3dtex／72f锦纶，或纤细度均为O．144dtex，或者，第一纱线为锦纶、第二纱线和第三纱线为纯棉纱。
6.如权利要求2所述的超细纤维布，其特征在于：所述海绵布层上设置有凸起，所述凸起伸出通孔，所述凸起为塑料材质。
7.如权利要求6所述的超细纤维布，其特征在于：所述凸起上设置有若干凸点。
8.如权利要求6所述的超细纤维布，其特征在于：所述凸起上设置有插槽，插槽内装配连接刷毛。
