Claims (8)
- 구리(Cu) 분말과 크롬(Cr) 분말이 혼합된 혼합 분말을 금형에 넣고 가압하여 성형체를 제조하는 단계와;상기 성형체를 상기 구리(Cu)의 융점 이하의 온도 900∼1075℃에서 소결하여 고상 소결체를 얻는 고상 소결 단계와;상기 고상 소결체를 상기 구리(Cu)의 융점 이상의 온도 1100∼1250℃까지 승온시켜 소결시키는 액상 소결 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공개폐기용 구리-크롬계 접점 소재의 제조 방법.
