Claims (5)
- 제올라이트가 복합된 활성탄소섬유의 제조방법에 있어서,연화점이 80-330℃인 피치를 사용하여, 상기 피치의 연화점보다 20-70℃만큼 높고 350℃보다 낮은 온도로 유지된 피치에 10㎛ 이하의 입도를 가진 Y형 제올라이트를 상기 피치의 중량 100에 대하여 50 중량부 이하로 첨가하고, 상기 피치 내에 상기 Y형 제올라이트가 균일하게 분산된 혼합물을 만드는 단계;상기 피치의 연화점보다 5-50℃만큼 높고 350℃보다 낮은 온도에서 상기 혼합물을 방사하여 섬유를 만드는 단계;상기 섬유를 공기분위기에서 200-350℃로 가열하여 안정화시키는 단계;상기 안정화된 섬유를 1몰 이상의 농도인 수산화나트륨 수용액에서 함침처리하는 단계; 및상기 함침처리된 섬유를 550-750℃에서 10분-5시간 동안 탄화하는 단계를 포함하는 제올라이트 복합 활성탄소섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수산화나트륨 수용액 대신에 수산화칼륨 수용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 복합 활성탄소섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 함침처리한 후에는 섬유를 건조시키는 제올라이트 복합 활성탄소섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화한 후에는 섬유를 물로 세척하고 건조시키는 제올라이트 복합 활성탄소섬유의 제조방법.
- Y형 제올라이트가 활성탄소섬유의 표면을 포함하여 내부에까지 균일하게 분산되어 있는 제올라이트 복합 활성탄소섬유.
