Claims (2)
- 아이스크림 믹스를 크레페 계란말이가 싸고 있는 구조로 이루어진 크레페 아이스크림에 있어서,30 ∼ 40 °Bx로 당침된 바나나 다이스가 크레페 아이스크림에 포함된 채 동결되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 바나나 크레페 아이스크림.
- 탈피ㆍ절단된 과일류를 크레페 계란말이 위에 올려 놓고 아이스크림 믹스를 충전한 다음 반으로 접어 급속냉각시키는 크레페 아이스크림의 제조방법에 있어서,바나나를 탈피ㆍ절단한 다음, 30 ∼ 40 °Bx의 당도가 되도록 정백당, 구연산 및 정제수를 첨가하고 살균한 후 냉각하고, 이것을 크레페 계란말이 위에 올려 놓고 -5 ℃ 이하로 유지된 아이스크림 믹스를 충전한 다음 반으로 접어 급속냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바나나 크레페 아이스크림의 제조방법.
