Claims (6)
- (a) 쑥에 증류수를 넣고 마쇄 또는 뜨거운 증류수로 추출한 다음 원심분리하여 얻은 상등액에 1 ∼ 20% 세틸피리디니움 클로라이드(cetylpyridinium chloride) 용액을 혼합하면서 반응시키고 원심분리한 다음 침전물을 얻는 단계(b) 상기 (a)단계의 침전물에 10% NaCl 용액을 이용하여 남아있는 세틸피리디니움 클로라이드(cetylpyridinium chloride)를 투석 제거한 다음, 에탄올에 침지하고 원심분리한 후 침전시키는 단계(c) 상기 (b)단계의 침전물을 최소부피의 10 ∼50 mM Tris 완충용액 (pH 8.0)에 녹여 투석한 후 이온교환 크로마토그래피하여 염화나트륨 0 ∼ 1M의 농도기울기로 용출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쑥 유래의 산성다당류 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 0.3㎍/uL의 높은 황화 그룹(sulfate group)함량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 산성 다당류.
- 제 1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 쑥의 조추출물 또는 산성다당류를 유효성분으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 위염, 위궤양 또는 위암치료용 조성물.
- 제 1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 쑥의 조추출물 또는 산성다당류를 유효성분으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 건강식품용 조성물.
- 헬리코박터 파이로리의 숙주세포 접합반응을 저해하는 물질탐색을 위하여 페투인(fetuin), 뮤신(mucin)과 같은 당단백질을 호스래디쉬 퍼록시다제(horseradish peroxidase; HRP)에 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 효소표식 당배합체법(enzyme-linkedglycosorbent assay; ELGA).
- 상기 제 5항에 있어서, 박테리아 균의 인체 숙주세포 접합반응을 정량적으로 측정할 수 있는 효소표식 당배합체법(enzyme-linked glycosorbent assay; ELGA).
