Claims (7)
- Ti 또는 Ti을 주성분으로 하는 금속으로 된 임플랜트재에 Ti 또는 Ti을 주성분으로 하는 금속으로 된 비드(bead)입자와 Si 또는 Si를 주성분으로 하는 용매인 바인더(binder)의 혼합물을 도포하는 도포과정과,상기 도포과정을 거친 상기 임플랜트재를 가열하여 상기 바인더(binder)를 증발시키는 예비소결과정과,상기 예비소결과정을 거친 상기 임플랜트재를 가열하여 상기 비드(bead)입자에 네킹(necking)을 일으키는 본소결과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 임플랜트재의 코팅방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합물의 혼합시 상기 바인더(binder)의 부피는 상기 비드(bead)입자의 부피의 1~3배인 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 임플랜트재의 코팅방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 비드(bead)입자의 지름은 200~1000㎛이고, 상기 혼합물의 도포두께는 상기 비드(bead)입자의 지름의 2~5배인 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 임플랜트재의 코팅방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 예비소결과정은 300~500℃, 10-2~10-3torr하에서 2~6시간 동안 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 임플랜트재의 코팅방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 임플랜트재 및 비드(bead)입자의 재질은 Ti 또는 Ti-6Al-4V 또는 Ti-6Al-4MnTi-6Al-4V 이고, 상기 본소결과정은 1100~1500℃, 10-5~10-7torr하에서 2~3시간 동안 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 임플랜트재의 코팅방법.
- Ti 또는 Ti을 주성분으로 하는 금속으로 된 임플랜트재와, 상기 임플랜트재 표면에 피복되며 Ti 또는 Ti을 주성분으로 하는 금속으로 된 비드(bead)입자로 이루어지는 피복층을 포함하는 다공성 생체 임플랜트재에 있어서,상기 비드입자는 동일한 지름을 갖는 구형이고,상기 피복층은 피복층 전체에 걸쳐 균일한 크기의 기공이 균일하게 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 생체 임플랜트재.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 임플랜트재 및 비드(bead)입자의 재질은 Ti 또는 Ti-6Al-4V 또는 Ti-6Al-4Mn 이고,상기 비드(bead)입자의 지름은 200~1000㎛이고, 피복층의 두께는 상기 비드(bead)입자의 지름의 2~5배인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 생체 임플랜트재.
