Claims (11)
- 일측면에 다수의 포트(40a∼40c)를 갖는 밸브본체(12, 14);상기 밸브본체(12, 14)의 내부에 설치되고, 고정철심(44), 가동철심(50) 및 코일(48)을 포함하는 솔레노이드부(18); 및상기 밸브본체(12, 14)의 내부에 상기 솔레노이드부(18)와 동축 설치되고, 상기 코일(48)에 여기작용에 따라 변위됨으로써 다수의 포트(40a∼40c)의 연통상태를 절환할 수 있는 밸브가 설치된 밸브메카니즘부(20)가 구비된 방향조절 밸브에 있어서,상기 밸브메카니즘부(20)는 상기 가동철심(50)의 일단부에 연결되는 변위부재(58), 상기 변위부재(58)를 상기 다수의 포트(40a∼40c)쪽으로 압압하는 제1 스프링부재(62), 상기 변위부재(58)의 축과 실질적으로 평행하게 설치된 제1 압압부재(66a) 및 제2 압압부재(66b), 상기 제2 압압부재(66b)에 체결된 제2 스프링부재 (68), 및 일단에 상기 제1 압압부재(66a)가 체결되고 타단에 상기 제2 압압부재 (66b)가 체결되며 중앙부에 부착된 축부재(70)를 지지점으로 하여 요동변위하는 요동부재(72)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 방향조절밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정철심(44), 상기 변위부재(58) 및 상기 요동부재 (72)는 각각 축방향으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 방향조절밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 압압부재(66a) 및 제2 압압부재(66b)는 변위부재 (58)의 축과 실질적으로 평행하게 연재되어 있으며, 변위부재(58)의 축을 사이에 두고 등간격으로 떨어져 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 방향조절밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 스프링부재(68)는 상기 제1 스프링부재(62)의 스프링힘의 반으로 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 방향조절밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 포트(40a∼40c)는 상기 밸브본체(12, 14)의 폭이 좁은 일단면에 등간격으로 서로 떨어져 선형 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 방향조절밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반구형의 팽출부(67a, 67b)는 상기 제1 압압부재(66a) 및 제2 압압부재(66b)의 일단부에 축방향으로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 팽출부(67a, 67b)는 상기 요동부재(72)의 평탄면에 점접촉되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 방향조절밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 압압부재(66a)는 일체형으로 변위되도록 상기 변위부재(58)의 홀부(64a)에 고정되어 있으며, 상기 제2 압압부재(66b)는 제2 스프링부재(68)를 통해 상기 변위부재(58)의 홀부(64b)에 느슨하게 고정되어 있는 것을특징으로 하는 방향조절밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 포트는 상기 일단면에 배치된 제1 포트(40a), 중앙부에 배치된 제2 포트(40b), 및 타단에 배치된 제3 포트(40c)를 포함하며, 상기 제1 포트(40a)와 상기 제2 포트(40b) 사이의 연통상태 및 상기 제2 포트(40b)와 상기 제3 포트(40c)의 연통상태가 상기 밸브메카니즘부(20)의 작동에 따라 수동으로 절환될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향조절밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브본체(14)에는 상기 밸브플러그(28)의 밸브위치를 수동조작으로 절환시키는 절환메카니즘이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향조절밸브.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 절환메카니즘은 상기 밸브본체(14)의 축과 실질적으로 평행한 방향으로 변위자재하게 설치된 레버(82), 상기 레버(82)에 설치된 경사면1 (90)과 체결됨에 따라 상기 가동철심(50)을 상기 고정철심(44) 쪽으로 변위시키는 돌기부(92), 및 상기 레버(82)를 축으로 기능하도록 지지하는 핀(86)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 방향조절밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브플러그는 상기 요동부재(72)와 일체로 요동하도록 상기 요동부재(72)에 고착된 다이어프램(28)으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 다이어프램(28)은 제1 시이트부(34a) 및 제2 시이트부(34b)에 각각 위치하도록 반구형의 제1 팽출부(32a) 및 제2 팽출부(32b)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향조절밸브.
