Claims (3)
- 각각의 반도체 패키지가 수납될 수 있도록 다수의 포켓을 가짐과 함께 상기 포켓의 각 모서리 근접부위로는 상기 포켓 내부로의 원활한 패키지 수납을 안내하도록 트레이월이 각각 형성된 상부면과, 상기 상부면의 각 트레이월에 대응된 각 포켓의 모서리에 여타 트레이의 상부면 포켓 내에 수납된 각 반도체 패키지의 주변부와 접촉된 상태로 이의 상,하 유동을 지지하는 제1단차부 및 둘레측으로의 유동을 지지하는 제2단차부로 구성된 트레이월이 각각 형성된 하부면을 가지는 반도체 패키지 운송용 트레이에 있어서,상기 트레이의 하부면에 형성된 제2단차부의 각 모서리는 데드버그(dead bug) 상태에서 그 상부측으로 갈수록 점차 그 단면이 협소해지도록 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 반도체 패키지 운송용 트레이의 트레이월 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제2단차부의 모서리는 데드버그 상태에서 그 상부측으로 갈수록 내향 경사지도록 사면으로 형성하여 그 단면이 협소해지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 반도체 패키지 운송용 트레이의 트레이월 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제2단차부의 모서리는 데드버그 상태에서 그 상부측으로 갈수록 내향 절곡되록 곡률면으로 형성하여 그 단면이 협소해지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 반도체 패키지 운송용 트레이의 트레이월 구조.
