Claims (6)
- 불소계 수지 표면의 중심선 평균 거칠기(Ra)가 0.1㎛ 이상이 되도록 표면조도를 증가시키고, 상기 표면 위에 중심선 평균 거칠기(Ra)가 0.1㎛이상을 갖도록 친수성 박막을 형성시키는 단계로 이루어지는 젖음성이 우수한 불소계 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 표면조도를 증가시킨 후 친수성 박막을 형성시킨 불소계 수지가 물에 대한 접촉각이 20°이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 불소계 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 표면조도를 증가시키는 방법은 플라즈마 에칭, 이온빔 에칭, 코로나 처리, 불꽃 처리 및 표면연마 등의 물리적 방법 또는 화학 약품을 이용한 화학 에칭 방법을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소계 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 친수성 물질의 박막을 형성시키는 방법은 플라즈마 중합, 이온빔 증착, 스퍼터링 증착, 열증착, 전자빔 증착, 화학 증착 또는 플라즈마 도움 화학 증착 방법을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소계 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 친수성 박막을 이루는 물질은 물에 대한 접촉각이 90° 미만인 금속, 세라믹, 친수성 고분자나 이들의 혼합물 또는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 불소계 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따라 제조된 불소계 수지로 제조되는 제품.
