Claims (8)
- (a) 석유계 中質油/重質油, 석탄계 잔사유, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 원료물질; 및 전단계로부터 순환되는 가지달린 방향족 화합물을 공급하고, 상기 공급물 내의 알킬기를 상호 가교결합시키기 위하여 할로겐 화합물과 1차 반응시키는 단계;(b) 1차 반응 생성물을 불활성 기체로 분취하여 상기 1차 반응 생성물 내에 포함된 할로겐 함유 저분자량의 화합물을 분리시키면서 추가적으로 2차 반응시키는 단계; 및(c) 상기 분리된 할로겐 함유 저분자량의 화합물을 알킬화 반응을 통하여 가지달린 방향족 화합물로 개질한 후에 상기 (a) 단계로 순환시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고연화점 등방성 피치를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계가 상기 할로겐 화합물을 130∼260℃의 온도범위에서 상기 공급물 대비 5∼50 중량%로 반응기에 투입하는 단계; 및상기 공급물과 할로겐 화합물을 130∼260℃의 온도범위에서 0.5∼10시간 동안 열처리하여 반응시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고연화점 등방성 피치를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계가 불활성 기체를 상기 (a) 단계에서 생성된피치의 그램 중량 당 2∼200㎖의 양으로 260∼420℃의 온도범위에서 10∼240분 동안 분취하면서 할로겐 함유 저분자량의 화합물을 제거함과 동시에 추가적으로 라디칼 중합시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고연화점 등방성 피치를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계의 개질반응이 할로겐 함유 저분자량의 화합물을 루이스 산 촉매의 존재 하에서 할로겐화 알칸류, 알코올류 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 화합물과 프리델-크라프트 알킬화 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고연화점 등방성 피치를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 루이스산 촉매가 염화철, 염화아연, 브롬화알루미늄, 염화안티몬, 염화알루미늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 1 또는 2 이상 혼합하여 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고연화점 등방성 피치를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐화 알칸류가 염화메틸, 염화메틸렌, 염화프로판, 브롬화프로판, 염화부틸, 2-염화부틸, 염화펜틸, 및 브롬화펜틸로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 저급할로겐화 알칸류이고, 상기 알코올류가 iso-프로판올, iso-부탄올, 2-펜탄올, 3-펜탄올, t-부탄올, 및 네오펜틸알콜로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 저급알코올류인 것을 특징으로 하는 고연화점 등방성 피치를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐화 알칸류, 알코올류 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 화합물이 상기 할로겐 함유 저분자량의 화합물의 1∼100 중량%로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고연화점 등방성 피치를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 개질반응이 -25∼120℃의 온도범위에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고연화점 등방성 피치를 제조하는 방법.
