Claims (7)
- 빔 분할 격자, 렌즈, 빔 편향수단(STUM) 및 보조광점신호의 차동 형성을 위한 수단을 구비하며, 3-빔 원리에 따라 동작하는 스캐닝장치에 의해 CD와 같은 광학 정보매체(IT)를 스캐닝하는 방법에 있어서, 트래킹시 방해를 제거하도록 차동 형성에 의한 트래킹 에러 신호를 형성하기 위해, 보조빔(E, F)이 상기 빔 편향수단(STUM)에 의해 상기 정보매체(IT)의 한 트랙(Sp)의 반경상에서 주 광점(H)의 전 또는 후에 나란히 투사되도록 제공되고, 검출기에 의해 반산된 보조빔(E, F)으로부터 검출기에 의해 형성된 상기 보조광점 신호의 차동 형성에 의해 방해가 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 정보매체의 스캐닝 방법.
- 빔 분할 격자, 렌즈, 빔 편향수단(STUM) 및 보조광점신호의 차동 형성을 위한 수단을 구비하며, 3-빔 원리에 따라 동작하는 스캐닝장치를 포함하는 CD와 같은 광학 정보매체(IT)를 스캐닝하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 정보매체(IT)의 한 트랙(Sp)상의 반경상에서 주광점(H)의 전 또는 후에 나란히 투사되는 보조빔(E, F)을 발생시키기 위해, 상기 빔 편향수단(STUM)은 3-빔 원리에 의해 따라 동작하는 상기 스캐닝장치의 빔경로에 배치되고, 반사된 보조빔(E, F)으로부터 형성된 상기 보조광점 신호를 검출하기 위한 수단 및 방해를 제거하기 위해 상기 보조광점 신호의 차동 형성을 위한 수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 정보매체 스캐닝장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 빔 편향수단(STUM)은 분할된 접선 거울인 것을 특징으로 광학 정보매체 스캐닝장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 빔 편향수단(STUM)은 빔편향회절 격자인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 정보매체 스캐닝장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 빔 편향수단(STUM)은 복굴절 크리스탈인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 정보매체 스캐닝장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 빔 편향수단(STUM)은 월라스톤 프리즘(wp)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 정보매체 스캐닝장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 빔 편향수단(STUM)은 편광-감지 유전층인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 정보매채 스캐닝장치.
