- 표면으로부터 10 미크론 깊이까지의 표층의 Co 농도가 중심부보다 높은 하기 화학식 1을 갖는 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.[화학식 1]Li1+xMn2-xCoxO4(상기 식에서, -0.1 ≤ x ≤ 0.1이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표층의 Co 농도 : 중심부의 Co 농도의 비율은 1 : 1.05 내지 1.30인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.
- 리튬염, 코발트염, 알콜 및 킬레이팅화제를 혼합하고 가열하여 졸 또는 겔 상태의 코발트 물질을 제조하는 단계;상기 졸 또는 겔 상태의 코발트 물질을 Li2MnO4와 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 열처리하는 단계를포함하는, 표면으로부터 10 미크론 깊이까지의 표층의 Co 농도가 중심부보다 높은 하기 화학식 1을 갖는 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.[화학식 1]Li1+xMn2-xCoxO4(상기 식에서, -0.1 ≤ x ≤ 0.1이다.)
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 졸 또는 겔 상태의 LiCoO2와 LiMn2O4의 혼합 비율은 1-5 중량% : 99-95 중량%인 제조 방법.
