Claims (12)
- (a) 올레핀 함유 유동 가스를 도입하여 고체 촉매 성분과 중합체를 유동시키면서 올레핀을 중합시키는 유동상을 갖는 유동상 중합 용기;(b) 유동상 중합 용기의 상부로부터 유출하는 미반응 올레핀 함유 가스를 상기 중합 용기로 순환시키는 동시에 상기 미반응 올레핀 함유 가스의 순환 속도를 제어하는 가스 순환기;(c) 유동상 중합 용기로 새로운 올레핀을 공급함과 동시에 올레핀의 공급량을 제어하는 원료 공급기;(d) 상기 유동상 중합 용기로 상기 고체 촉매를 공급함과 동시에 촉매의 공급량을 제어하는 촉매 공급기를 구비한 유동상 중합장치에 있어서,(e) 상기 유동상 중합 용기의 외벽면 상의 복수의 서로 다른 위치의 온도 또는 온도 분포를 측정하기 위한 온도 측정 장치; 및(f) 온도 측정 장치의 측정에 의거하여 중합 조건을 제어하기 위한 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유동상 중합 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 측정 장치는 상기 유동상 중합 용기의 외벽면 상의 복수의 서로 다른 위치에 배치된 온도 검출기; 및 상기 복수의 온도 검출기로부터 온도 신호를 수신하는 온도 측정기를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유동상 중합 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 온도 검출기가 상기 유동상 중합 용기의 외벽면 상에 종횡으로 서로 떨어져서 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유동상 중합 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 측정 장치는 소정 거리 떨어진 곳에서 상기 유동상 중합 용기의 외벽면의 온도 분포를 측정하기 위한 적외선 온도 측정 장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유동상 중합 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 온도 측정 장치는 소정 거리 떨어진 곳에서 상기 유동상 중합 용기 표면을 소정면적으로 구획하고 구획된 외벽면의 온도 분포를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동상 중합 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 온도 측정 장치는 상기 유동상 중합 용기 주위에 배치된 링 안내 레일 상을 운행하는 구동 기구를 구비하여, 상기 유동상 중합 용기의 구획된 외벽면의 온도 분포를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동상 중합 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 온도 측정 장치는 모든 측정 방향의 각을 가변하는 각도 가변 수단; 및 유동상 중합 용기의 온도 분포의 측정 가능 면적을 확대 또는 감소하기 위한 줌 수단 중의 적어도 하나를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유동상 중합 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 유동상 중합 용기의 외벽면 상의 적어도 1개의 측정 위치의 온도 또는 온도 분포의 목표치를 미리 기억하고, 목표치를 온도 또는 온도 분포의 측정치와 비교하여, 중합 조건을 변경 및 제어하도록 작동함으로써 목표치와 일치시키거나 근사시키는 제어 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 유동상 중합 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 유동상 중합 용기의 외벽면의 소정 간격에 있는 적어도 1개의 구획된 부분의 온도 또는 온도 분포의 목표치를 미리 기억하고, 목표치를 온도 또는 온도 분포의 측정치와 비교하여, 중합 조건을 변경 및 제어하도록 작동함으로써 목표치와 일치시키거나 근사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동상 중합 장치.
- (a) 올레핀 함유 유동 가스를 도입하여 고체 촉매 성분과 중합체를 유동시키면서 올레핀을 중합시키는 유동상을 갖는 유동상 중합 용기;(b) 유동상 중합 용기의 상부로부터 유출하는 미반응 올레핀 함유 가스를 상기 중합 용기로 순환시키는 동시에 상기 미반응 올레핀 함유 가스의 순환 속도를 제어하는 가스 순환기;(c) 유동상 중합 용기로 새로운 올레핀을 공급함과 동시에 올레핀의 공급량을 제어하는 원료 공급기;(d) 상기 유동상 중합 용기로 상기 고체 촉매를 공급함과 동시에 촉매의 공급량을 제어하는 촉매 공급기;를 구비한 유동상 중합 장치를 사용하는 올레핀 중합 방법에 있어서,유동상 중합 용기의 외부 벽면 상의 복수의 서로 다른 위치의 온도 또는 온도 분포를 측정하는 단계와;측정치를 1이상의 측정 위치에 대응하여 미리 설정된 온도 또는 온도 분포의 목표치와 비교하는 단계;및 측정치를 목표치와 일치시키거나 근사하게 중합 조건을 변경하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 중합 용기의 외벽면의 복수의 서로 다른 위치의 온도 측정이 상기 외벽면 상에 설치된 온도 검출기에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 중합 용기의 외벽면의 복수의 서로 다른 위치의 온도 분포 측정이 소정거리 떨어진 곳에서 적외선 온도 측정 장치에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합 방법.
