Claims (5)
- 음식물 쓰레기중의 유기물질을 혐기성 분해시키고 메탄 가스를 발생시키는 혐기성 소화조;반송 라인을 통하여 유입되는 슬러지에 포함된 질산성 질소(NOx-N)를 상기 혐기성 소화조를 통과한 피처리물에 포함된 유기물을 탄소원으로 이용하여 탈질시키는 무산소조;상기 무산소조를 통과한 피처리물중의 유기물질을 호기성 분해시키는 폭기조; 및상기 폭기조를 통과한 피처리물에 포함된 질산성 질소를 탈질시키는 탈질조를 포함하고,상기 무산소조와 탈질조가 각각 폭기조의 앞과 뒤에 포함되고, 상기 탈질조는 단쇄 유기산을 유입하는 유입 라인과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음식물 쓰레기중의 유기물질을 혐기성 분해시키고 메탄 가스를 발생하는 혐기성 소화조(2);상기 혐기성 소화조(2)를 거친 피처리물을 농축 및 탈수시키는 농축조(3);상기 농축조(3)를 거친 피처리물중의 유기물을 탄소원으로 이용하여 반송 라인을 통하여 유입되는 슬러지에 포함된 질산성 질소를 탈질시키는 무산소조(4);상기 무산소조(4)를 거친 피처리물중의 유기물질을 호기성 분해시키는 폭기조(6);상기 폭기조(6)를 거친 피처리물에 포함된 질산성 질소를 탈질시키는 탈질조(7);상기 탈질조(7)를 거친 피처리물을 침전 슬러지와 상징액으로 분리시키는 침전조(8);상기 침전조(8)에서 분리된 침전물을 반송 라인으로 이송시키고 상징액을 화학적 처리하여 생물학적 난분해성 물질을 제거하는 화학적 처리조(9);호기성 미생물을 활성화시키고 유입 라인을 통해 활성화된 미생물을 폭기조(6)로 이송시키는 미생물 활성조(5);상기 혐기성 소화조(2)에 연결되어 혐기성 소화조(2)에서 생성된 메탄 가스를 포집하는 가스 포집기(10);상기 탈질조(7)에서 생성된 질산성 질소를 반송시키는 반송 라인(16) 및 상기 침전조(8)에서 생성된 질산성 질소를 반송시키는 반송 라인(17);상기 미생물활성조(5)에 계속적으로 슬러지를 공급하는 반송 라인(18);단쇄 유기산을 상기 탈질조(7)로 유입하는 유입 라인(21) 및상기 침전조(8)로부터 슬러지를 배출하는 폐슬러지 라인(19)을 포함하는 음식물 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- (ⅰ) 음식물 쓰레기를 분쇄시키고 수분을 첨가하여 전처리하는 단계,(ⅱ) 상기 전처리된 음식물 쓰레기중의 유기물질을 혐기성 분해시키고 발생되는 메탄 가스를 포집하는 단계,(ⅲ) 상기 단계 (ⅱ)를 거친 피처리물을 농축 및 탈수시키는 단계,(ⅳ) 상기 단계 (ⅲ)을 거친 피처리물중의 유기물질을 탄소원으로 이용하여 단계 (ⅵ) 및 단계 (ⅶ)에서 반송 라인으로 유입되는 슬러지에 포함된 질산성 질소를 탈질시키는 단계,(ⅴ) 상기 단계 (ⅳ)를 거친 피처리물중의 유기물질을 유입되는 호기성 미생물과 산소를 이용하여 호기성 분해시키는 단계,(ⅵ) 유입 라인으로 제공되는 단쇄 유기산을 탄소원으로 이용하여 상기 단계 (ⅴ)를 거친 피처리물에 포함된 질산성 질소를 탈질시키는 단계,(ⅶ) 상기 단계 (ⅵ)을 거친 피처리물을 침전 슬러지와 상징액으로 분리시키는 단계, 및(ⅷ) 상기 단계 (ⅶ)에서 분리된 침전 슬러지를 반송 라인으로 이송시키고 상징액을 화학적 처리하여 생물학적 난분해성 물질을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 음식물 쓰레기 처리 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단계 (ⅷ)에서 알루미늄(Al) 계 또는 철(Fe) 계의 응집제를 첨가하여 화학적 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1항의 장치를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기 처리 방법.
