Abstract

본 발명은 어린이 운송용 차량의 표시등 코드에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은 기존의 차량(1) 상부에 표시등 받침대(10)가 설치되어 소정의 위치에 설치되는 표시등(11)에 전원을 공급하는 배선(20)과, 상기 배선(20)이 외부로 노출되는 부분을 감싸고, 외압등으로 발생하는 손상을 방하도록 하며, 내구성을 향상하기 위하여 설치되는 주름관(30)과, 상기 주름관(30)의 외부를 덮어 미관이 수려하도록 마감하게 되는 피복부재(40)로 구성되어진 것이다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 구성에 의하면, 표시등(11)에 전원을 공급하는 배선(20)을 설치할때, 배선(20)고 피복부재(40)의 사이에 주름관(30)이 설치되어 설치후 배선을 고정하기가 용이하며, 차량(1)의 주행이나 기후등의 변화로 발생되는 외압등으로 부터 배선이 외부로 노출되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 외관을 수려하게 할 수 있는 매우 유용한 고안인 것이다.

Description

어린이 운송용 차량의 표시등 코드
본 발명은 어린이 운송용 차량의 표시등 코드에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 외부에 노출되는 표시등을 연결하는 코드의 내구성을 향상시키고, 그 미관이 수려하도록 발명한 것이다.
근래들어 어린이가 탑승한 차량의 특별보호가 위무화 되면서 도로교통법 개정으로 97년 12월부터 어린이 통학버스 특별보호가 실시되고 있다.
즉, 어린이 통학버스가 도로에 정차하여 어린이가 승하차 중이라는 점멸등을 가동할 때 그 옆을 통과하는 차의 운전자 등은 일시 정지하여 안전을 확인한 후 서행토록 하고, 어린이 통학버스가 어린이를 태우고 통행할 때에는 모든 차는 앞지르기를 하지 못하도록 하고 있으며, 이를 위해 어린이 통학버스는 신고요건을 구비하여 관할구청에 신고하고 해당검사소에서 구조변경 검사완료 후 관할경찰서 에서 신고 필증을 교부받아 운행하여야 한다.
따라서, 차량의 상부에 표시등 받침대를 설치한 후 표시등을 부착하여 사용하게 되는 것이다.
상기와 같이 어린이 탑승차량임을 표시하기 위하여 설치되는 표시등은 표시등 받침대에 부착되어 설치됨으로 그 코드가 외부로 드러나 부식이나 외압에 의하여 파손되어 누전등이 일어나는 단점이 있다.
그리고, 그 코드 내부의 배선이 외부로 들러나 차량의 미관을 저해하는 단점이 있는 것이다.
상기 본 발명의 목적은 표시등 받침대에 설치되는 표시등을 연결하는 배선을 감싸고 있는 코드의 내구성을 상향할 수 있도록 한 어린이 운송용 차량의 표시등 코드를 제공하는 데 있다.
상기 본 발명의 다른 목적은 외부에 드러나는 배선을 감싸 외관을 수려하게 할 수 있도록 한 어린이 운송용 차량의 표시등 코드를 제공하는 데 있다.

이러한 본 발명의 목적은, 기존의 차량(1) 상부에 표시등 받침대(10)가 설치되어 소정의 위치에 설치되는 표시등(11)에 전원을 공급하는 배선(20)과;
상기 배선(20)이 외부로 노출되는 부분을 감싸고, 외압등으로 발생하는 손상을 방하도록 하며, 내구성을 향상하기 위하여 설치되는 주름관(30)과;
상기 주름관(30)의 외부를 덮어 미관이 수려하도록 마감하게 되는 피복부재(40)로 구성되어진 것에 의하여 달성된다.
따라서, 표시등(11)에 전원을 공급하는 배선(20)을 설치할때, 배선(20)고 피복부재(40)의 사이에 주름관(30)이 설치되어 설치후 배선을 고정하기가 용이하며, 차량(1)의 주행이나 기후등의 변화로 발생되는 외압등으로 부터 배선을 보호하고, 외관을 수려하게 할 수 있도록한 것이다.
이하, 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 어린이 보호차량을 표시하기 위하여 기존의 차량에 표시등 받침대를 설치한 후 소종의 위치에 표시등이 설치된 상태를 도시하고 있는 사시도 이다.
그리고, 도 2는 본 발명인 코드가 장착되어 표시등에 연결된 상태를 보인 설치 상태도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 코드의 내부에 주름관이 설치되며, 그 외부에 피복부재가 형성된 구조를 보이고 있다.
97년 12월부터 시행되는 도로 교통법 개정안에 의하여 어린이 통학버스 특별보호법에 따라, 어린이 통학승합차량에는 표시등을 의무적으로 부착하게 되어 있다.
따라서, 기존 차량(1)의 상부에 표시등 받침대(10)를 설치하여 표시등(11)을 소정의 위치에 부착하게 되는 데, 이 표시등(11)에 전원을 공급하기 위하여 배선(20)을 설치하게 된다.
이 배선(20)은 수개의 가닥으로 이루어져 있으며, 도 2에서 도시된 바와 같이 표시등 받침대(10)에 볼트(12)와 너트(13)로 고정되어 있는 표시등에 연결된다.
그리고, 배선(20)은 표시등 받침대(10)의 내부로 매설되어 표시등(11)까지 연결되며, 배선(20)이 외부로 드러나지 않도록 최소의 거리인 소정의 위치에서 돌출되어 표시등(11)에 연결하는 것이 바람직하다.
이때, 불가피 하게 노출되는 외압에 의한 손상을 방지하고, 외관을 수려하게 하기 위하여 배선은 피복부재(40)에 의하여 감싸지게 된다.
그러나, 그 내구성이 약하여 피복부재(40)가 손상되면 배선이 외부로 노출됨으로 이를 방지하기 위하여 배선(20)과 피복부재(40) 사이에 주름관(30)을 설치하게 되는 것이다.
상기 주름관(30)은 도 3에서 도시된 바와 같이 표시등 받침대(10)와 표시등(11) 사이에 노출되는 배선부분에 설치하게 되며, 설치 여건에 따라 쉽게 구부려 지도록 연질의 고무재질을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
따라서, 차량(1)의 주행중에 발생하는 외압이나 기후변화 등으로 피복부재(40)가 손상되어 배선이 외부로 노출되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 외외관을 수려하게 하여 상품성을 향상할 수 있는 것이다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 구성에 의하면, 표시등(11)에 전원을 공급하는 배선(20)을 설치할때, 배선(20)고 피복부재(40)의 사이에 주름관(30)이 설치되어 설치후 배선을 고정하기가 용이하며, 차량(1)의 주행이나 기후등의 변화로 발생되는 외압등으로 부터 배선이 외부로 노출되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 외관을 수려하게 할 수 있는 매우 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 기존의 차량(1) 상부에 표시등 받침대(10)가 설치되어 소정의 위치에 설치되는 표시등(11)에 전원을 공급하는 배선(20)과;
    상기 배선(20)이 외부로 노출되는 부분을 감싸고, 외압등으로 발생하는 손상을 방하도록 하며, 내구성을 향상하기 위하여 설치되는 주름관(30)과;
    상기 주름관(30)의 외부를 덮어 미관이 수려하도록 마감하게 되는 피복부재(40)로 구성 되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이 운송용 차량의 표시등 코드.
