Claims (3)
- 상암용의 스위칭용 반도체 소자 및 하암의 스위치용 반도체 소자로 구성되고, 이 스위치용 반도체 소자를 온,오프 제어 함으로써 직류 전원으로부터 입력된 직류 전력을 교류 전력으로 변환하는 인버터부와, 이 인버터부의 출력전압을 분압 저항을 통해 직류 전원의 정극 또는 부극의 전위를 기준으로 해서 검출하는 전압 검출회로와, 이 전압 검출회로로 검출한 검출전압이 정극 전압 근방에 있는지를 판단하는 제 1의 비교기와, 상기 전압 검출회로로 검출한 검출전압이 부극 전압 근방에 있는지를 판단하는 제 2의 비교기와, 상기 제 1의 비교기 및 상기 제 2의 비교기의 출럭과 상기 스위칭용 반도체 소자를 온,오프 제어하는 점호 신호의 출력으로부터 이상유무를 판정하는 제어수단을 구비한 전력변환 장치
- 상암용 스위칭용 반도체 소자 및 하암용 스위칭용 반도체 소자로 구성되고,이 스위칭용 반도체 소자를 온,오프 제어함으로써 직류 전원에서 입력된 직류 전력을 교류 전력으로 변환하는 인버터부와, 이 인버터부의 출력 전압을 제 1의 분압 저항을 통해서 직류 전원의 정극 또는 부극의 전위를 기준으로 해서 검출하는 전압 검출회로와, 이 전압 검출회로로 검출한 검출전압이 정극 전압 근방에 있는가를 판단하는 제 1의 비교기와, 상기 전압 검출회로로 검출한 검출전압이 부극전압 근방에 있는지 판단하는 제 2의 비교기와, 상기 제 1의 비교기 및 상기 제 2의 비교기의 출력과 상기 인버터부를 구성하는 상암용 및 상기 하암용의 스위칭용 반도체 소자의 점호 신호의 출력으로부터 이상유무를 판정하는 제어수단을 구비하고, 상기 제 1의 비교기 및 상기 제 2의 비교기의 판단기준이 되는 전압을 전원 전위를 제 2의 분압 저항에 의해 분압해서 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력변환 장치.
- 상암용의 스위칭용 반도체 소자 및 하암의 스위칭용 반도체 소자로 구성되고,이 스위칭용 반도체 소자를 온,오프 제어함으로써 직류 전원에서 입력된 직류 전력을 교류 전력으로 변환하는 인버터부와, 이 인버터부의 출력 전압을 분압 저항을 통해 직류 전원의 정극 또는 부극의 전위를 기준으로 해서 검출하는 전압 검출회로와, 이 전압 검출회로로 검출한 검출전압이 정극근방 또는 부극근방에 있는지를 판단하는 비교기와, 상기 인버터부를 구성하는 상암용 및 하암용의 스위칭용 반도체 소자의 점호 상태에 따라 이 비교기가 판단하는 기준치로서의 정극근방 검출용 비교신호와 부극근방 검출용 비교신호를 전환하는 동시에 상기 비교기의 출력과 상기 상암 및 상기 하암의 점호신호의 출력으로부터 이상 유무를 판정하는 제어수단을 구비한 전력변환 장치.
