Claims (15)
- 공기중에서 8시간동안 700℃~900℃의 온도에서 하소시킨 후, AFNOR 표준 X08-012에 따른 CIE 1976계(L*, a*, b*)에서 98% 보다 큰 L*좌표 및 -0.5%~0.5%의 a*및 b*좌표를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)의 세륨 란탄 테르븀 혼합 인산염.[식중, x는 0.4~0.6 이고, x+y는 0.8 보다 크다]
- 제1항에 잇어서, 공기중에서 8시간 동안 700℃에서 하소시킨후, AFNOR 표준 X08-012에 따른 CIE 1976계(L*, a*, b*)에서 98% 보다 큰 L*좌표 및 -0.5%~0.5%의 a*및 b*좌표를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 인산염.
- 제1항에 있어서, L*좌표가 99%~99.9%임을 특징으로 하는 인산염.
- 제1항에 있어서, a*, b*좌표가 -0.25~0.5%임을 특징으로 하는 인산염.
- 침전 매질의 pH 값을 2 이상으로 조정하면서 가용성 란탄, 세륨 및 테르븀 염의 용액을 인산염 이온과 혼합하고, 침전시의 pH값이 2~6일때 상기 혼합 종료후 15분~10시간 동안 침전물을 침전매질에서 방치하고, 그후 침전물을 여과 및 세정하며 경우에 따라서는 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한항에 따른 세륨 란탄 테르븀 혼합 인산염의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 침전 매질의 pH 값을 6 이상으로 조정하고, 상기 매질을 혼합 종료후 15분~10시간 동안 상기 pH로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 회수된 침전물을 500℃이상의 온도에서 하소시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 하소를 환원 분위기에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 하소를 비환원 분위기에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 침전 매질의 pH 조정을 염기성 화합물을 부가하여 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 인산염 이온 및 염기성 화합물을 가용성 희토류염 용액에 동시에 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 가용성 희토류염 용액을 인산염 이온을 함유하는 용액에 부가하고, 염기성 화합물을 상기 희토류 용액의 부가와 동시에 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인산염 이온이 인산 암모늄 용액의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 희토류 산화물로 환산한 희토류의 농도가 용액내에서 0.01mol/ℓ~2mol/ℓ인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 공기중에서 500℃ 이상의 온도에서 하소시킨 후, XPS 기술에 의한 표면분석으로 세륨의 3d 전자군에 대응하는 에너지 범위내에서 2개의 이중선(doublet) 및 첫번째 피크로부터 32.7V에 위치하는 부수선(satellite)의 부재를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)의 세륨 란탄 테르븀 혼합 인산염.[식중, x는 0.4~0.6 이고, x+y는 0.8 보다 크다]
