Claims (6)
- 전열관이 삽입되는 핀칼라와, 상기 핀칼라 주위에는 경사부와 수평부로 이루어져 기류에 교차하는 방향으로 배열되게 다수개의 슬릿이 형성되고, 장방형의 금속 박판체로 이루어진 핀튜브형 열교환기의 플레이트핀에 있어서, 상기 기류방향에 교차하는 핀칼라의 수직중심선을 중심으로하여 기류 유입측 최초열을 3등분하고, 다음열의 유출측 2째열까지 길게형성하며, 최후단은 2등분하고, 상기 등분된 사이에 강도보강 및 기류의 유속 균일화를 위해 형성되는 평탄면과, 상기 핀의 양단에 형성되는 경사부와, 상기 경사부 중 최초의 핀의 경사부는 핀칼라의 유동접선의 접점으로부터 가능한 근접되게 형성되고, 기류 유출측에 형성된 핀의 경사부는 유동접점으로부터 일정간격 떨어지는 곡면부를 형성하여 기류에 대한 저항발생을 감소시키도록 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 핀 튜브형 열교환기의 플레이트핀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핀의 양단 경사부는 입설각이 약 27°∼42°이내로 가지는 것을 포함하는 핀 튜브형 열교환기의 플레이트핀.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 핀의 양단 경사부 입설각이 외향측보다 내향측을 작게 형성한 것을 포함하는 핀 튜브형 열교환기의 플레이트핀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핀칼라와 핀군을 전후방에 2열로 배열하고, 이들을 서로 교호적으로 배열한 것을 포함하는 핀 튜브형 열교환기의 플레이트핀.
- 제4항에 있어서, 다등분된 핀을 플레이트핀 중앙으로 배열하여 응축기로 사용되게 한 것을 포함하는 핀 튜브형 열교환기의 플레이트핀.
- 제4항에 있어서, 다등분된 핀을 플레이트핀 전후 외향변으로 배열하여 증발기로 사용되게 한 것을 포함하는 핀 튜브형 열교환기의 플레이트핀.
