- 제1항에 있어서, 하기의 화합물들의 군으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 질산 시클로헥산올 : 트랜스-N-아세틸-니트록시시클로헥실아민, N-(트랜스-4-니트록시시클로헥실메틸)-숙신산 디아미드, 트랜드-4-니트록시시클로헥산카르복실산 N-비스-(2-히드록시에틸)-아미드, 4-히드록시-N-(트랜스-4-니트록시시클로헥실)-부티르산 아미드, N-(트랜스-4-니트록시시클로헥실)-이소니코틴산 아미드 N-옥시드.
- (1) 하기 일반식(2)의 화합물을 질산염 에스테르 생성반응 시키거나, 또는 (2) 하기 일반식(3)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(4)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, 또는 (3) 하기 일반식(5)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(6)의 화합물과 반응시키고, 계속해서 가능하게는 이렇게 해서 얻어진 화합물을 일반식(1)의 다른 화합물로 전환시키거나, 또는 가능하게는 생리학적으로 적합한 염으로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 질산 시클로헥산올의 제조방법 :상기식에서, A,B,R1,R2및 Z는 상기 정의된 바와같은, W는 반응성기를 나타낸다.
- 약제학적으로 일반적인 담체 또는 보조물질 이외에, 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 질산 시클로헥산올을 함유하는 약제.
- 심장 및 순환기 질환의 치료용 약제의 제조를 위한, 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 일반식(1)의 화합물의 용도.
- 하기 일반식(2)의 화합물 :상기식에서, A는 원자가 결합 또는 C1-C6-알킬렌 사슬을 나타내고, B는 그룹 -NR1-CO-Z, NR1-SO2-Z 또는 -CO-NR2-Z를 나타내며, 여기에서, R1는 수소 또는 C1-C6-알킬기를 나타내고, R2는 수소, 수산기, 히드록시 C1-C6-알킨일기를 나타내고, Z 는 수소, 또는 수산기, C1-C6-알킬카르보닐옥시, C1-C6-알콕시, 할로겐, 시아노, 카르복실, C1-C6-알콕시카르보닐, -CO-NR3R4메르캅토, C1-C6-알킬메르캅토 또는 C1-C6-알킬카르보닐메르캅토기에 의해 1회 이상 치환될 수 있는 C1-C6-알킬, C2-C6-알켄일 또는 C2-C6-알킨일기를 나타내거나, 또는 Z는 C3-C6-시클로알킬기 또는 피리딘, N-옥시피리딘, 테트라졸일 또는 피롤리디논 고리를 나타내거나, 또는 Z는 R2및 Z와 R2를 연결하는 질소원자와 함께, 산소, 황 또는 질소원자를 부가적으로 함유할 수 있는 헤테로고리를 형성시키며, 부가적 질소원자를 갖는 헤테로고리는 C1-C6-알킬카르보닐기에 의해 질소원자상에서 아실화될 수 있으며, B가 -NR1-CO-Z 인 경우에, Z 는 또한 C1-C6-알콕시기를 나타낼 수 있고, Z가 메르캅토, C1-C6-알킬메르캅토 또는 C2-C6-알킬카르보닐메르캅토에 의해 치환된 C1-C6-알킬 또는 C2-C6-알켄일기를 나타내는 경우에, C1-C6-알킬 또는 C2-C6-알켄일기는 -NR4R5또는 C1-C6-알킬카르보닐기에 의해 부가적으로 치환될 수 있으며, R3및 R4는 같거나 또는 다를 수 있고, 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C6-알킬기를 나타내거나, 또는 R3및 R4는 이들은 연결시키는 질소원자와 함께, 산소, 황 또는 질소원자를 부가적으로 함유하는 헤테로고리를 형성한다.
