Description
Claims (18)
- 롤러 어셈블리가 캐리지(67,제 4 도), 그 위에 장착된 베어링(64,65) 및 이러한 베어링내에 회전 할 수 있게 장착된 롤러를 포함하고, 단일 토러스의 표면중 서로 다른 부분과 일치하는 입력 및 출력레이스(85,87)를 제공하는 동축회전 디스크(61,62) 사이에 롤러가 접촉하여 견인력을 전달하고, 전달도중에 롤러가 디스크/롤러 접점에서 견인력을 받고, 작동기구가 고정부(72)와 가동부(7)를 포함하고, 가동부가 작동운동의 미리 예정된 행정에 걸쳐 왕복운동 가능함과 아울러, 또한 머리 예정된 제어력을 캐리지에 가할 수 있게 조작 가능하고, 작동기구와 캐리지가 제어력과, 롤러 어셈블리가 디스크의 축에 대하여 직각인 평면에서 받는 견인력의 합력이 0이 되는 평형위치를 찾고, 상기 캐리지는 롤러축(58)과 롤러 중심(66)이 고정되어 있고, 롤러축으로부터 이격된 위치(82)에서 작동기구와 접촉하는 강체구조(rigid structure)를 포함하고, 상기 롤러 어셈블리는 인접 구성 요소와의 3개지점에서 접촉하고 즉, 디스크/롤러와의 2개소(86,88) 및 작동기구와의 1개소의 접촉만으로 안정된 위치를 정하고, 상기 롤러어셈블리가 작동기구의 고정부분에 대하여 하나 이상의 축둘레를 회전할 수 있는 환상레이스 회전견인식 연속가변비 변속장치의 롤러제어시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 캐리지의 강체구조가 롤러 베어링으로부터 작동기구와의 접촉 위치까지 연장된 롤러 제어시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 작동기구와 상기한 롤러 어셈블리 사이의 접촉이 하나 이상의 축 둘레를 상호회전할 수 있는볼 조인트(95,제 6 도)를 경유하여 행하여지는 롤러제어시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 작동기구가 실린더내에서 이동가능한 피스톤을 포함하는 롤러제어시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기한 피스톤과 실린더 컴비네이션(71,72)이 복동식인 롤러제어시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기한 피스톤과 실린더 컴비네이션(97,99)이 단동식이고, 제 1 방향으로 힘을 가할 수 있고, 제 2 피스톤과 실린더(98,100)가 실제적으로 반대되는 제 2 방향으로 힘을 가할 수 있는 롤러제어시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기한 피스톤(135,제 6 도)이 가요성이고 피스톤 중심이 실린더 축으로부터 이격되어 자유로운 롤러제어 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 피스톤과 실린더(141,130,제10도)사이의 상대회전이 실린더 축에 대해서만 생기고, 또다른 조인트(143)에 의하여 롤러 어셈블리와 작동기구 사이의 접촉이 다른 축선 둘레를 회전할 수 있게 하는 롤러제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 작동기구가 연속가변비 변속기 축과 롤러 중심을 포함하는 평면의 일측면에서만 위치하는 롤러제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공정된 케이싱구조(63)를 포함하고, 작동기구의 적어도 일부가 고정케이싱 구조상에 장착되어 있는 환상레이스, 회전 견인식 연속가변비 변속기(CVT).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전달비율이 변동됨에 따라 롤러가 회전하고 직경이 토러스 중심원을 포함하는 평면(91)에 대하여 경사져 있는 롤러제어시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 작동기구가 제 1 실린더 내에서 이동하고, 제 1 방향으로 힘을 가할 수 있는 제 1 피스톤을 포함하는 단동식 피스톤-실린더 컴비네이션(71,190,제18도)을 포함하고, 또한 상기한 작동기구가 실질적으로 반대되는 제 2 방향으로 힘을 가할 수 있는 제 2 피스톤-실린더(193,194)을 포함하며, 제 2 피스톤과 캐리지(67)가 사용중 서로 로킹되지 아니하는 방법으로 별개로 롤러제어시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 캐리지에 제어력을 가하는 유압식 피스톤 실린더 컴비네이션(71,190,제18도)과, 실린더내에 형성되어 있고, 실린더를 유압회로(200)에 연결시키는 포트가 포함되고 있고, 포트의 단면이 실질적으로 실린더 자체의 내경과 일치하는 롤러제어시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, CVT케이싱을 포함하고, 유압회로가 CVT케이싱 내에 형성되고, CVT 주축선과 동축방향의 링 모양으로 된 갤러리를 포함하는 CVT.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기한 갤러리 불완전한 링의 형상이고, 링내의 브레이크로 인해 다른 구성부품들이 CVT 케이싱을 통과가능한 CVT.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 작동시스템이 유압조작 회로와, 이 회로와, 접속된 적어도 하나 이상의 피스톤-실린더 컴비네이션을 포함하고, 실린더와 회로 사이의 접속은 (206,208,210,제19도) 피스톤이 그 허용된 행정의 종단으로 접근하면서 "과부하(over load)" 또는 기타 시스템의 비상상태를 표시하면 회로를 차단시킴으로써 차단점 상류에서 유압이 상승하여 더 이상의 피스톤 오버슈트를 방지하는 롤러제어시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 첨부도면에 의하여 설명한 것과 같은 롤러제어시스템.
- 제 1 항에 따르는 롤러제어시스템이 포함되어 있는 환상 레이스 회전견인식 CVT.
