Abstract

본 고안은 체액 흡수성 물품의 표면 시이트에 갖춰진 도액관의 변형을 방지하는 것에 관한 것이다. 표면 시이트(2)를 피부 접촉 부위(14)와 도액관(13)을 갖는 상면 시이트(7) 및 상면 시이트(7)의 아래면쪽에 위치하는 하면 시이트(8)로 구성된다. 하면 시이트(8)는 도액관(13)의 하면 개구(12) 가장자리에서 상면 시이트(7)에 융착되고, 도액관(13)의 변형을 막는다.

본 고안은 생리대, 1회용 기저귀, 운동복 바지 등의 체액 흡수성 물품에 사용하는 투액성 표면 시이트에 관한 것이다.
체액 흡수성 물품의 투액성 표면 시이트에 대해서는 이의 시이트를 플라스틱 필름이나 부직포로 만들고, 시이트의 윗면에서 아랫면 방향으로 뻗은 다수의 도액관을 갖추고, 시이트의 상면을 피부에 접촉시키는 한편, 도액관의 하면 개구를 흡수성 코어에 접촉시키고, 도액관에서 생긴 모세관 작용을 이용하여 체액을 이의 흡수성 코어로 유도하는 기술이 공지되어 있다.
예를들면, 일본국 특허 공보 제 57-17081호 공보에는 폴리에틸렌 필름으로 만든 표면 시이트에 단면이 원추형인 앞쪽이 가는 모세관을 갖추고, 모세관 끝을 흡수성 코어에 빈틈없이 접촉시켜 사용하는 기술이 개시되어 있다.
일본국 특허 공개 제 60-259261호 공보에는 플라스틱 필름으로 만든 표면 시이트에 똑바른 통모양의 도액관을 갖추고, 도액관의 끝을 흡수성 코어 가운데까지 뻗게하여 사용하는 기술, 표면 시이트의 아래면에 접착되어 있는 섬유층의 섬유를 도액관의 가운데로 뻗게한 기술이 개시되어 있다. 상기 통모양의 도액관은 원추형의 도액관에 비해서 축 방향의 큰 부하에 견딜 수 있기 때문에, 그만큼 변형시키기가 어렵고, 또한, 도액관의 가운데로 뻗은 섬유는 모세관 현상에 의해서 체액을 흡수성 코어에 빠르게 유도시킬 수 있다.
일본국 특허 공개 제4-152945호 공보에는 도액관의 하면 개구 끝에 고밀도 부분 또는 주름을 형성시키는 기술이 개시되어 있다. 상기 기술에 의하면, 도액관의 개구 형태가 용이하게 변형되거나 압궤되는 일이 없고, 흡수성 코어에 체액을 효과적으로 유도시킬 수 있다.
표면 시이트는 유연한 피부 촉감을 중시하는 것이며, 상기 종래의 표면 시이트도 얇고 부드러운 소재를 가공하여 만든 것이다. 이 때문에, 상기 일본국 특허 공고 제57-17081호나 일본국 특허 공개 제60-259261호에 개시되어 있는 원추형이나 통모양의 도액관은 이의 하면 개구인 자유단이 변형되기 쉽고, 예를들면, 물품 착용중에 약간의 체압을 받는 만큼 도액관이 막히고, 체액의 원활한 흡수를 저해한다는 문제가 있다. 도액관를 통모양으로 할 경우, 축방향의 압축력을 견디는 효과를 얻을 수 있어도, 도액관은 결국 유연하기 때문에, 상기 축에 대해서 가로 방향의 힘에 저항하기 어렵고, 도액관이 막히기 쉬운 것은 변함이 없다. 일본국 특허 공개 제4-152945호의 기술에 의하면, 도액관이 막히는 문제를 개선시킬 수 있는데, 표면 시이트의 두께나 도액관의 크기는 모두 미세한 치수이며, 상기 기술이 추구하고자 하는 도액관의 하면 개구단에만 고밀도 부분이나 주름을 갖춘 것이 반드시 용이한 것은 아닌 문제가 있다.
그래서, 본 고안은 표면 시이트를 제1시이트와 이의 하면 쪽에 위치시킨 제2시이트로 구성하고, 제1시이트에 도액관을 갖춘 한편, 제2시이트를 도액관의 하면 개구 가장자리에 융착시킨 도액관의 변형을 막아서 상기 종래 기술의 문제를 해결하는 것을 과제로 하고 있다.
본 고안이 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로 하는 것은 하기와 같다.
본 고안이 전제로 하는 것은 상면 개구와 하면 개구를 가지며, 아래 방향으로 뻗어나온 다수의 도액관, 상기 도액관의 상면 개구의 가장자리에 이어져 있는 피부 접촉 부위를 갖는 체액 흡수성 물품 시이트이다.
상기 전제에 있어서, 상기 표면 시이트를 도액관과 피부 접촉 부위를 갖춘 제1시이트, 제1시이트의 아래면쪽에 위치하는 제2시이트로 구성된다. 제1시이트는 열가소성 플라스틱 필름 및 열가소성 섬유를 융착시킨 부직포 중 어느 것이라도 되며, 한편 제2시이트는 열가소성 섬유를 융착시킨 부직포인데, 상기 제2시이트가 도액관의 하면 개구의 가장자리에 융착되는 동시에, 하면 개구에서는 각각의 섬유로 풀려져서 도액관의 관벽을 따라 관안으로 뻗어 있고, 하면 개구와 이의 가장자리 부근을 제외하고는 제1시이트에서 이격된 것에 의해서, 상기 표면 시이트와 두께 방향 단면에서 상기 제1시이트와 함께 공동을 형성하고 있는 것이 본 고안의 특징이다.
본 고안의 바람직한 실시의 구체예에 있어서는, 제1시이트가 소수성이고, 제2시이트는 친수성이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 표면 시이트는, 예를들면, 도액관을 갖춘 제1시이트의 아래면쪽에 용융 발포 섬유를 분무시켜 용융 발포 부직포를 형성시킴으로써 수득되는 것이며, 도액관의 하면 개구 가장자리에는 상기 용융 발포 섬유가 융착되어 개구 가장자리의 변형을 막고 있다. 또한, 도액관 위, 하면 개구의 가장자리에는 각각의 제1시이트와 제2시이트가 이어져 있고, 도액관은 축방향의 힘은 물론 가로 방향의 힘에 대해서도 크게 변형되기가 어렵게 되고, 쉽게 막히지 않는다.
도액관으로 유입된 체액이 하면 개구에 도달하면, 하면 개구에 접촉하는 부분의 흡수성 코어에 흡수되는 한편, 제2시이트에 있어서 이의 면 방향으로 확산되고, 제2시이트에 접촉하는 부분의 흡수성 코어에도 흡수된다. 상기 확산에 의해 축축한 제2시이트는 하면 개구의 가장자리에서 제1시이트에 융착되어 있어, 이의 다른 부위에서는 제1시이트에서 이격되고 있고, 착용자에게 습윤감을 주지 않는다.
[실시예]
본 고안에 관한 흡수성 물품의 표면 시이트에 대한 세부 사항은 첨부된 도면에 준하여 설명을 하자면, 하기와 같다.
제1도는 생리대(1)의 사시도이며, 일부가 잘려져 있다. 생리대(1)는 투액성 표면 시이트(2), 불투액성 이면 시이트(3) 및 상기 두 시이트(2, 3) 사이에 개재된 흡수성 코어(4)로 구성되어 있다. 표면 시이트(2)는 흡수성 코어(4) 전체를 피복하고 있으며, 생리대(1)의 이면쪽에서 양쪽 가장자리를 겹쳐지게 하여 밀봉시킴과 동시에, 생리대(1)의 양끝에서도 단의 가장자리를 겹쳐지게하여 밀봉시킨다. 이면 시이트(3)는 생리대(1)의 이면쪽에 있어서 표면 시이트(2)와 흡수성 코어(4)의 사이에 개재되어 있다.
제2도는 표면 시이트(2)의 두께 방향의 단면을 모식적으로 나타내며, 상기 시이트(2)의 아래쪽에는 흡수성 코어(4)가 밀착되어 있다. 표면 시이트(2)는 각각이 용융 발포 섬유로 된 제1층(7a)과 제2층(7b)이 적층되어 있는 상면 시이트(7), 상면 시이트(7)의 아래면쪽에 있는 용융 발포 섬유로 구성된 하면 시이트(8)로 구성되어 있다. 상면 시이트(7)는 상면 개구(11)와 하면 개구(12)를 가져서 아래 방향으로 뻗어 있는 다수의 도액관(13), 상면 개구(11)의 주변에 이어져 있는 면으로 형성된 피부 접촉 부위(14)를 갖는다. 하면 시이트(8)는 도액관의 하면 개구(12)의 가장자리로 이어진 면으로 형성된 면 부위(15), 면 부위(15)에서 도액관(13) 안으로 뻗어있는 연출부(16)를 갖는다. 하면 시이트(8)를 구성하는 용융 발포 섬유는 도액관의 하면 개구(12)의 가장자리에 융착되고, 상기 융착에 의해 상면 시이트(7)와 하면 시이트(8)는 하나로 되어 있다. 그러나, 두 시이트(7, 8)는 이의 피부 접촉 부위(14)와 면 부위(15)가 서로 이격되어 있고, 공동(20)을 형성하고 있다.
제3도는 표면 시이트(1)를 제조하기 위한 모식적인 공정도이다. 상기 공정은 성형 드럼(30), 이의 바깥 둘레를 따라 배치되어 있는 제1용융 발포 압출기(31) 및 제2용융 발포 압출기(32)로 구성된 제1성형 공정(28) 및 이음매 없는 벨트(33), 이의 위에 배치된 제3용융 발포 압출기(34)로 구성된 제2성형 공정(29)으로 구성되어 있다. 성형 드럼(30)의 바깥 표면은 부형용 凸부(35)와 凹부(36)가 배치된 성형형으로서 상기 형에 제1압출기(31)로부터 용융 발포 섬유(40)를 흡인(41) 작용하에 분무시킨 제1시이트(7)의 제1층(7a)으로된 부직포(40a)를 형성한다. 마찬가지로, 부직포(40a)의 위에 제2압출기(32)에서의 용융 발포 섬유(42)를 분무시키고, 제2층(7b)이 되는 부직포(42a)를 형성시킨다. 상기 적층시킨 부직포(41a, 42a)는 드럼(30)에 의해 부형되고, 凹부(35)에서는 제1시이트(7)의 피부 접촉 부위(14)를 형성시키고, 凹부(36)에서는 도액관(13)을 형성시키고, 이를 제1시이트(7)를 얻기 위한 원단으로 한다. 여전히, 상기 제1성형 공정(28)에서는 섬유(40, 42)의 분무량, 흡인(41) 강도, 凹부(36)의 직경이나 깊이 등을 조절함으로써, 凹부(36)에서는 섬유(40, 42)가 凹부(36)쪽 벽을 따라서 늘어 있음으로써 도액관(13)을 형성하고, 凹부(36)의 바닥 부분에 있어서 제1시이트(7)의 하면 개구(12) 등이 되어야 하는 개구(37)을 형성할 수 있도록 한다. 제1시이트(7)의 원단은 제1성형 공정(28)에서 제2성형 공정(29)으로 이행하는 공정인 성형 드럼(30)에서 박리되고, 도시한 바와같이 드럼(30)과의 접촉면을 위로 향하게 한 상태로 이음매 없는 벨트(33)에 싣는다. 제3압출기(34)에서는 흡인(43) 작용하에 용융 발포 섬유(44)를 상기 위로 향하게 한 면에 분무시켜 제2시이트(8)가 되어야 하는 부직포(44a)를 형성시킨다. 이때, 섬유(44a)의 분무량과 흡인(43) 강도를 조절함으로써, 용융 발포 섬유(44)가 개구(37)에 있어서 풀어져서 대부분 부직포를 형성하는 일없이, 도액관(13)의 관벽을 따라 관 안으로 뻗어 있고, 즉, 하면 개구(12)가 되어야 하는 개구(37)를 막지 않게 한다. 상기와 같이 하여 수득한 부직포(41a, 42a, 44a)로 구성된 시이트(50)는 적절하게 재단하고, 표면 시이트(2)로서 사용한다.
상기와 같은 표면 시이트(2)에는 상면 시이트(7)를 형성하는 용융 발포 섬유(40, 42)가 하면 개구(12)의 가장 자리에서 흡인(41) 방향으로 향해서 보풀이 일게 된다. 여기에 제3압출기(34)에서의 용융 발포 섬유(44)를 분무시키면, 상기 섬유(44)가 다른 방향의 용융 발포 섬유(40, 42)에 융착되기도 하고, 휘감기기도 하여 상면 시이트(7)와 하면 시이트(8)가 하나가 된다. 도시예와 같이 상면 시이트(7)를 용융 발포 부직포(40a, 42a)의 이층 구조로 하여 우선 아래쪽의 용융 발포 부직포(40a)를 상대적으로 밀도가 높게 만들고, 표면 시이트(2)의 중간 부분이 강하게 되도록 하고, 이어서 윗쪽 용융 발포 부직포(42a)를 상대적으로 밀도가 낮게 만들면, 표면 시이트(2)를 사용한 물품을 착용할 때, 직물 상태는 유연한 피부 촉감을 얻기가 쉬워진다. 더욱이, 상면 시이트(7)는 부직포(40a) 또는 부직포(42a) 중 어느 것으로도 구성될 수 있다.
용융 발포 섬유(40, 42, 44)에는 폴리에틸렌, 이의 다른 적절한 열가소성 수지를 사용할 수 있다. 상면 시이트(7)에는 용융 발포 부직포를 대신하여 플라스틱 필름의 부형품을 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 상면 시이트(7)에는 소수성 소재를 사용하여 체액 배설 후 드라이 터치감을 얻을 수 있도록 하는 한편, 하면 시이트(8)에는 친수성을 갖게 하여 체액을 흡수성 코어(4)쪽으로 유인시키는 동시에, 하면 시이트(8) 면안으로 빠르게 확산시키는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 하면 시이트(8)를 얻기 위해서는, 예를들면, 친수화 처리제를 혼입시킨 폴리에틸렌을 사용해도 된다.
본 고안에 관한 표면 시이트에는 도액관의 하면 개구 가장자리에 하면 시이트가 융착되어 있기 때문에, 도액관은 이의 변형을 막아서 쉽게 막히는 일이 없다.
상면 시이트상에 배설된 체액이 도액관의 하면 개구에 도달하면, 이의 개구에 접촉하는 부분의 흡수성 코어에 흡수되는 것이 이외에, 하면 시이트에서, 면 방향으로 확산되고, 상기 하면 시이트에 접촉하는 부분의 흡수성 코어에도 흡수되기 때문에, 종래 기술의 표면 시이트에 비해서 흡수 속도가 향상된다.
상면 시이트와 하면 시이트 사이에는 공동이 형성되어 있기 때문에, 하면 시이트는 체액의 확산으로 축축한 느낌을 띠어도 착용자의 피부에 습윤감을 주지 않는다.
또한, 도액관이 변형되기가 어렵게 됨으로써 표면 시이트의 쿠션성이 향상되고, 흡수성 물품의 착용감이 좋아진다.

Claims (7)

  1. 상면 개구와 하면 개구를 갖는 아래 방향으로 뻗어 있는 다수의 도액관, 상기 도액관의 상면 개구의 가장자리에 이어져 있는 피부 접촉 부위를 갖는 체액 흡수성 물품의 시이트에 있어서, 상기 표면 시이트가 상기 도액관과 피부 접촉 부위를 갖춘 제1시이트, 상기 제1시이트 아래면쪽에 위치하는 제2시이트로 구성되고, 상기 제1시이트는 열가소성 플라스틱 필름 및 열가소성 섬유를 융착시킨 부직포 중 하나로 구성되는 한편, 상기 제2시이트는 열가소성 섬유를 융착시킨 부직포로 구성되고, 상기 제2시이트가 상기 도액관의 하면 개구 가장자리에 융착되는 동시에, 상기 하면 개구에서는 각각의 섬유로 풀어져서 상기 도액관의 관벽을 따라 관안으로 뻗어 있고, 상기 하면 개구와 이의 가장자리 부근을 제외하고는 상기 제1시이트에서 이격되어 있는 것에 의해서, 상기 표면 시이트의 두께 방향 단면에서 상기 제1시이트와 함께 공동을 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 시이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1시이트와 비교하여 상기 제2시이트가 친수성인 표면 시이트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1시이트가 개공을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 필름이고, 상기 제2시이트가 폴리에틸렌의 용융 발포 부직포인 표면 시이트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1시이트와 제2시이트가 폴리에틸렌의 용융 발포 부직포인 표면 시이트.
