Abstract

一种经改进的用于体液吸收用品的上片，它可有 效地获得在上片中形成的液道的形状稳定性。
为此，一上片2包括具有一皮肤接触区14和液 道13的上部片7以及设在该上片7之下的一下部 片8。该下部片8绕着各液道13的下开口12熔接 于该上部片7以便限制这些通道否则可能发生的变 形。

Description

本发明涉及一种用于诸如卫生巾、一次性尿布和供训练用的紧身裤之类的一次性体液吸收用品的透液上片。
有关用于体液吸收用品的透液上片，大家熟悉的一种技术是，用塑料薄膜或无纺纤维制成上片，上片设有从顶面延伸穿过至底面的液体通道，片的上表面适合与穿戴者的皮肤接触，并将各液体通道的下开孔布置成与吸水芯接触以便能利用发生在各个液体通道内的毛细管作用把排泄的体液输往吸收芯。
例如，第1982-17081号日本专利公告揭示了一种技术，根据这种技术，一种用聚乙烯薄膜制成的上片设有圆锥喇叭形液体通道，各通道的下端布置得紧密接触吸收芯。
根据日本专利申请公开公报上第1985-259261号的专利所揭示的一项技术，一种用塑料薄膜制成的上片上，一方面设有圆柱形的伸进一吸收芯下端的液体通道，另一方面设有一粘结在上片的下表面上的纤维层，所述纤维层的纤维伸进这些液体通道。这种圆柱形液体通道更为稳定，因此在同样大的作用力下就比圆锥形液体通道可变形小。此外，这种圆柱形液体通道优于圆锥形液体通道之处在于，在毛细管作用下伸进液体通道的纤维还帮助加速液体送向吸收芯。
根据日本专利申请公开公报上第1992-152945号专利所揭示的一项技术，围绕着各液体通道的下开口连续地设有一个高密度区域凸条。这种技术能很好地稳定各液体通道的开口阻止它们变形和被压扁并能使体液有效地送向吸收芯。
由于对上片来说触觉柔软是基本的要求，因此上述专利公告和公开公报所揭示的这类传统的上片是用薄软的材料制成的。然而从不足方面看，由所述的公告号1982-17081的日本专利所揭示的这种圆锥形液体通道以及由所述的申请公开公报号为1985-259261的日本专利所揭示的圆柱形液体通道具有下述的缺点，这些下开口即液体通道的自由端，例如在穿戴的体重下，易于变形，这样液体通道很容易被压扁，而体液常常不能顺畅地送向吸收芯。尽管各液体通道抵抗施加于其上的轴向压力的稳定性多少获得改善，然而由于它毕竟是由软材料制成的因此在横向力作用下还会容易地被压扁。虽然由上述的申请公开公报号为1992-152945的日本专利所揭示的这种技术在理论上可以缓和液体通道易被压扁的问题，然而上片的厚度和液道的直径都是做不到的细，这样，就不容易获得前述的连续围绕各液体通道下开口的高密度区或凸条，虽然这是该揭示的技术的最重要的特点之一。
鉴于已有技术的这些未解决的遗留问题，本发明的一个主要目的是提供一种上片，这种上片包括一第一片和敷设在所述第一片下的第二片，其特点是，所述的第一片设置有液体通道而所述的第二片围绕着各液道的下开口熔接于所述的第一片以限制液道可能发生的变形从而解决这种传统的上片所遇到的问题。
根据本发明上述的目的通过一种用于体液吸收用品的上片得以实现，所述的上片设置多个从上开口穿过上片是下开口的液体通道和围绕各液体通道的上开口连续形成的一个皮肤接触区，其特点是，所述的上片包括，一第一片，它包括热塑薄膜或相互熔接的热塑纤维的无纺织物，所述的液体通道和皮肤接触区;和一敷设在所述的第一片下，由相互熔接并围绕各液体通道的下开口与该第一片熔接的热塑纤维无纺织物制成的第二片;以及一些向上延伸并沿液道内壁围绕着所述的下开口从第二片松驰进入各液道的单个纤维，由此所述的第二片除围绕下开口的部分外与第一片分隔开关与第一片共同确定在上片厚度方向延伸的空腔。
最好该第二片较第一片亲水。
举例说，这种上片是由下述方法获得的，从一压出机对着设有液道的第一片底部喷吹熔融的纤维，由此形成熔吹无纺纤维以使吹出的纤维能够围绕各液道的下开口熔接于第一片并帮助这些通道防止在其下开口附近变形。所述的第一片和第二片围绕着各液道的上、下开口是彼此连续的，这样这些液道在施加其上的横向力及轴向力的作用下基本上稳固以阻止变形和被压扁。
液体排泄物流入液道，到达各下开口，于是液体排泄物在与各下开口接触的芯部处被吸收芯吸收，然后在第二片上散开并在与第二片接触的区域之上也被吸收芯所吸收。然而，由这种排液散开这样弄湿的第二片并不会使穿戴者感到明显潮湿，这是由于该第二片是围绕各下开口熔接于第一片但在其余区域是与第一片保持很好地间隔。
现通过实施例并参照其附图来说明本发明。
图1是用局部断开的方式表示的一种卫生巾的透视图;
图2是以放大比例部分表示一上片的剖视图;
图3是图示一上片生产过程的简图。
现参照图1，在该透视图中以部分断开的方式示出一卫生巾1。如图所示，巾1包括一透液上片2、一不渗背片3和夹设在这两片2、3之间的一个吸收芯4，其特点是上片2完全围住吸收芯4，其相对两侧部在巾1的背侧重叠并密封在一起，而端部则沿着吸收芯4的相对两端延伸也密封一起。该背片3处在卫生巾1背侧上的上片和吸收芯4之间。
现参照图2，在图中上片2是以在其厚度方向部分剖开的方式表示出的。如图所示，吸收芯4与上片2的下侧相接触。上片2包括一上部片7，片7依次又包括均由熔吹纤维制成的一第一层7a和第二层7b的叠层，以及位于所述上部片7下和由熔吹纤维制成的一下部片8。该上部片7包括：多个液道13，每一个液道从一上开口11延伸穿过上部片7至一下开口12，以及一个皮肤接触区14，它形成一个围绕各个上开口11延伸的连续平面区域。下部片8包括一平面区15，它形成一个围绕各个下开口12的连续平面区，以及从平面区15向上伸入各个液道13的升高区16。组成下部片8的熔吹纤维围绕各个下开口12熔接于上部片7，由此下部片8与上部片7成一整体。然而，由于皮肤接触区14和平面区15是彼此间分开的，因而片7和片8间就限定了空腔20。
现参看图3，图中示出上片2的生产过程。生产过程包括：一第一成形步骤28，该步骤采用一个成形滚筒30以及设在该成形滚筒周围的一个第一熔吹压出机31和一个第二熔吹压出机32;以及一第二成形步骤29，该步骤采用一环形皮带33和设在所述环形皮带33上的一第三熔吹压出机34。围绕成形滚筒30的外周表面设有一些交替排列设置的突起35和凹槽36，用作成形模具，使熔吹纤维40在抽吸41的作用下从该第一压出机31吹向所述的成形模以形成成为第一片7的第一层7a的无纺纤维层40a。同样地，将熔吹纤维42从第二压出机32吹向该非织物纤维层40a以形成成为第一片7的第二层7b的无纺纤维层42a。然后由滚筒30将这些无纺纤维层40a、42a的叠合层成形为一具有由该滚筒上的突起35成形的皮肤接触区14和凹槽36成形的液体通道13的第一片7连续体。应该理解到，为了使获得的第一片7连续体中包含有沿着各凹槽36的侧壁向上延伸的纤维40、42以便形成各液道13和由各凹槽36的底部所形成，成为第一片7的下开口12的各开口，在第一成形步骤28过程中，各种因素如被吹的各纤维40、42的数量、各吸入部分41的强度以及各凹槽的深度都可以调整。在第一片连续体7从第一成形步骤28向第二成形步骤29传送、并以它与成形滚筒30的圆周表面相接触的表面向上地置放在环形皮带33上时，便与该成形滚筒30的圆周表面脱开。在抽吸43的作用下，将熔吹纤维44吹向所述的朝上的表面以形成作为该第二片8的无纺纤维层44a。被吹纤维44a的数量和抽吸43强度可以调节以保证纤维44围绕开口37松散而不形成一明显的无纺纤维层并沿着它们的内壁向上伸延进入各液道13而决不充满作为下开口12的各开口37。可将包括有上述的方式获得的无纺纤维层40a、42a、44a的片50卷展开并切割成所需尺寸的片以便用作单片上片2。
在从该片50卷切得的各上片2中，形成第一或上部片7的熔吹纤维40、42按抽吸方向41围绕着该下开口12起毛。从第三压出机34吹向这个上部片7的熔吹纤维44熔接和/或缠绕到其它熔吹纤维40、42上，由此使第二或下部片8与上部片7成为整体。如上述实施例那样，上部片7是以包含熔吹无纺纤维层40a、42a的两层结构方式形成，其中，为了使上片2坚固，有较高密度的熔吹无纺纤维的下层40a首先形成，然后再形成具有较低密度的熔吹无纺纤维的上层42a，这样，提供出使用能给穿戴者以像布一样柔软触觉的这种上片2的用品是容易做到的。应予以理解，该上部片7还可以由无纺纤维层40a、42a中的任何一层形成。
这些熔吹纤维40、42、44可以是合适的热塑树脂例如聚乙烯。在本发明的范围内含孔塑料薄膜来取代该上部片7的熔吹无纺纤维也是可以的。最好一方面，该上部片7用合适的疏水性材料制成以便即使体液排泄后还可保持干燥的触感，而另一方面与上部片7相比较，下部片8要做成亲水的以便体液可传向吸收芯并在下部片8上层可能迅速地广泛散布。这种下部片8可以，例如使用先已与亲水剂混合过的聚乙烯获得。
在据本发明制得的上片中，由于该下部片是围绕各液道的下开口熔接于上部片，因此这些液道有效地稳定了形状而且不易堵塞。
排泄在上片上面的体液流进液道并到达各液道的下开口，随即体液被与这些下开口接触的吸收芯部分吸收并同时地在下部片上扩散，这样这些体液还为与所述下部片接触的部分所吸收。以这种方式，本发明的上片的吸收体液速度能够得到改善使之超过已有技术的上片。
由于在上部片和下部片间存在着所限定的空腔，因此即使下部片由于体液在其上扩散而被弄湿后，上片的下部片也不会给穿戴者受湿的感觉。
液道的极好的形状稳定性改善了软垫效果，因此也改善穿着该吸收性用品的舒适性。

Claims (7)

1、一种用于体液吸收用品的上片，所述的上片设有许多从上开口延伸穿过上片到下开口的液道，和一个围绕所述的各液道的上开口连续地形成的皮肤接触区，其特征在于，所述的上片包括一含有热塑薄膜或相互熔接的热塑纤维的无纺织物的第一片，所述的液道和皮肤接触区，和设置在所述第一片之下并含有相互熔接并围绕所述各液道的下开口与所述第一片熔接的热塑纤维无纺织物第二片，以及一些向上延伸和从所述的第二片绕着所述下开口沿着液道的内壁松散进入各液道内的单个纤维，由此所述的第二片除围绕所述下开口的部分外与所述第一片间隔开并与所述第一片一起限定在上片厚度方向延伸的空腔。
2、如权利要求1所述的上片，其特征在于，所述的第二片与所述第一片相比较是亲水的。
3、如权利要求1所述的上片，其特征在于，所述的第一片包括含孔的聚乙烯薄膜，而所述的第二片包括聚乙烯的熔吹的无纺织物。
4、如权利要求1所述的上片，其特征在于，所述的第一片和第二片都包含有聚乙烯的熔吹无纺织物。
5、如权利要求1所述的上片，其特征在于，所述的第二片包括预先与亲水剂混合过的聚乙烯的熔吹无纺织物。
6、如权利要求1所述的上片，其特征在于，所述的第一片包括上层非织布和下层无纺织物，该上层的密度要小于该下层的密度。
7、如权利要求6所述的上片，其特征在于，所述的上、下层都含有熔吹无纺织物。
