Claims (3)
- 공기조화기의 열교환기에 있어서, 전열관(2)과 전열관(2)과의 간격부를 통과하는 공기가 난류화되어 전열성능을 높일 수 있도록 평판핀(1)에 일정 간격을 두고 각각 형성된 슬릿형상의 제1 내지 제4절곡부(6a)(6b)(6c)(6d)와, 상기 슬릿형상의 제1 내지 제4절곡부 (6a)(6b)(6c)(6d)에 의해 난류화된공기를 혼합하여 전열관(2)의 후방부에 형성된 지수영역을 감소하도록 평판핀(1)에서 슬릿형상의 제1내지 제4절곡부 (6a)(6b)(6c)(6d)의 중앙에 일정 간격을 두고 형성된 루버형상의 절곡부(7)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿형상의 제1 및 제2절곡부(6a)(6b)는 상기 평판핀(1)에서 각각 일정간격을 두고 대칭되게 배열되도록 평판핀(1)의 이면 방향으로 돌출 형성되어 있고, 상기 제3 및 제4절곡부(6c)(6d)는 상기 제1 및 제2절곡부(6a)(6b)의 내측에서 일정 간격을 두고 대칭되게 배열되도록 상기 평판핀(1)의 표면 방향으로 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 루버형상의 절곡부(7)는 상기 제3절곡부(6cd)와 제4절곡부(6d)의 사이에 일정 간격을 두고 경사지게 배열되도록 그 좌측단이 상기 평판핀(1)의 표면 방향으로 돌출 형성되고, 그 우측단이 상피 평판핀(1)의 이면 방향으로 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 열교환기.
