Abstract

본 고안은 자동차의 비상등에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 주행시 급제동으로 인하여 발생되는 충돌을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 급제동으로 충돌 방지용 비상등 발생장치에 관한 것이다. 차량의 속도계 눈금이 부착된 중심측상에 속도계 보드 하단에 위치하도록 부채꼴성 접속판을 부착시키고, 이 접속판의 특성에 의해 시속 75km-125km 범위에서는 온(ON) 상태를 유지하도록 하는 제3스위치부를 회로상에 구성시킨후 상기 시속 75km-125km 범위를 속도계 눈금이 지시할때, 급제동을 걸게되면 차량 후미의 비상등이 점등되어 뒤 차량에 신호를 보냄으로서 충돌사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있게된다.

본 고안은 자동차의 비상등에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 주행시 급제동으로 인하여 발생되는 충돌을 방지할 수 있도록하는 급제동으로 인한 충돌 방지용 비상등 발생장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량의 고속 주행시에 전방에서 갑작스런 장애물이 발생하거나, 또는 전방 주행차량의 갑작스런 급제동 등의 예기치 않은 사고가 발생했을 경우 당황하여 급 브레이크를 밟게 되는데, 이때 뒤에 따라오던 차량이 미처 피하지 못하고 연쇄충돌하는 경우가 빈번하다.
특히 고속도로상에서와 같은 고속주행시에는 급제동이 연쇄 충돌로인한 대형사고의 원인이 된다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 본 고안의 목적은 고속주행시 급 브레이크가 작동되는 경우 뒷차량에 이를 알릴 수 있도록 하는 장치를 제공하는데 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 고안은 차량 시속 75km 이상 주행시 온(ON) 산태로 절환되어 급제동시 비상등이 점등될 수 있도록 하는 스위치부로 구성된다.
이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 고안에 따른 장치의 구성회로도로서, 브레이크 페달(도시안됨)을 밟으면 온(ON)절환되는 제1스위치부(10)와, 운전석에 설치되어 운전자에 의해 온,오프되는 제2스위치부(20)와, 차체 후미에 설치되는 비상등(30)과, 속도계눈금과 일체로 설치된 접속판(50)에 의해 온, 오프되는 제3스위치부(40)도의 상호 접속 연결되어 있으며, 상기 제2스위치부(20)를 온(ON)시킨후, 차량의 속도계 눈금이 75km이상 주행하게되면 부채꼴형 접속판(50)이 제3스위치부(40)와 접속되어 온(ON) 절환시켜주게 되며, 이때 브레이크에 의해 급제동이 걸리게 되면 차량의 후미에 설치된 비상등(30)이 점등되면서 뒤 차량에 신호를 보내게 된다.
제2도는 속도계에 일체로 형성된 접속판에 대한 구성도로서, (b)는 속도계(60)의 눈금(61)과 일체로 형성되어 있으며, 속도계 보드(63) 하단에 부착되어있어, 속도계의 눈금(61)이 75km 이상의 위치에 있게 되면, 접속판(50)은 제3스위치를 형성하고 있는 두접점(41)(42)와 접속되어 온(ON)상태로 접속되게 한다. 따라서 접속판(50)이 두 접점(41)(42)와 접속되어 있는 상태에서 급 제동을 걸게되면 제1스위치가 온(ON)되면서 차량후미에 설치된 비상등이 점등된다.
이상 설명에서 알 수 있는 바와같이, 속도계의 눈금과 일체로 움직이는 접속판을 속도게 보드 하단에 설치하고, 이 속도계 눈금이 75km 이상의 위치에 있을때 접속판에 의해 제3스위치가 온(ON)절환되게 구성시킴으로서 운전자가 시속 75km 이하에서는 급제동을 걸게되도 비상등이 점등되지 않고 시속 75km이상에서 급제동을 걸게되면 비상등이 점등되어 뒤 차량에 신호를 보냄으로서 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 하였다.

Claims (2)

  1. 브레이크를 밟으므로서 온(ON) 절환되는 제1스위치부와, 운전자에 의해 수동으로 온(ON), 오프(OFF)되는 제2스위치부와, 차량후미에 설치되어 있는 비상램프와, 속도계 눈금과 일체로 동작하여 제3스위치부를 온, 오프시키는 접속판과, 상기 접속판에 의해 온, 오프되는 제3스위치부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급제동으로 인한 충돌 방지용 비상등 발생장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3스위치부는 속도계 눈금이 임의의 설정된 속도범위내를 지시할때 접속판에 의해 온(ON) 절환 상태를 계속위치하는 것을 특징으로하는 급제동으로 인한 충돌 방지용 비상등 발생장치.
