Abstract

본 고안은 자동차 도어 열림시 비상등 점멸 정치에 관한 것으로, 자동차를 운행하다가 도로변에 차를 세우고 내릴때 간혹 오토바이나 자전거등등 도어를 여는 것과 동시 이 도어에 충돌되는 사고를 미연에 방지코져 한 것이다.
본 고안의 구성은 도어 콘택 스위치를 기존의 비상등에 병열 연결한 것이고 세차시나 가타 일반적 주차후 문을 열때에도 비상등이 켜지는 것을 방지하기위하여 선택 스위치를 I.P 에 설치 하여 필요시만 사용 할 수 있게 하였다.
또 도어가 하나라도 열려 있으면 계기판에 표시등이 점멸되게 하여 운전자가 문이 열려 있는 상태도 알 수 있게 하였다.

Description

자동차 도어 열림시 비상등 점멸 장치
본 고안은 자동차 도어 열림시 비상등 점멸 정치에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 자동차를 운행하다가 도로변에 차를 세우고 내릴때 간혹 오토바이나 자전거등 도어를 여는 것과 동시 이 도어에 충돌되는 사고를 미연에 방지코져 한 것이다.
자동차 운행에 있어서 안전은 가장 중요한 사항이다.
이 안전 문제는 운전자 스스로의 과속, 추월, 부주의, 운전 미숙으로 인한 주행사고도 있지만 운전자 외적 상황에 사고가 발발하여 피해를 받는 수도 많다,
결국 자신의 보호를 위하여는 운전 외적 상황에도 안전을 고려해야 된다는 결론에 도달한다.
그러나 종래 자동차 메이커측에서는 운전 외적 상황에 대한 기구적 배려가 미흡하다.
즉 각종 비상사태에 대비한 신호체제와 경고 시스템이 운전 상황에 한정되어 있고 운전 외적 상황에는 등한시 되어있다는데 문제가 있는 것이다.
자동차 신호 체계에 있어서 비상등이 설치되어 있다.
이것은 자동차가 고장등의 불안전한 상황에 처해 있을때 이를 점멸 되게 함으로서 전,후방차량에게 신호하여 연쇄사고가 나지 않게 주의를 주는 것이다.
그러나 상기한 바와 같이 차량을 도로변 주차후 문을 열고 내릴 때 후방에서 돌진하는 오토바이나 자전거등의 충돌사고에 대하여는 아무런 조치가 없다는 점에 본 고안이 창안되게 되었다.
본 고안은 상기한 바와 같은 주차후 도어를 열때의 종래 결점에 감안한다.
본 고안은 주차후 어느 한 쪽 도어를 열면 비상등이 점멸 작동되게 하는 전기 회로도로서 완성되어 있다.
본 고안은 도어 콘택 스위치를 기존의 비상등에 병열 연결한 것이고 세차시나 가타 일반적 주차후 문을 열때에도 비상등이 켜지는 것을 방지하기위하여 선택 스위치를 I.P 에 설치하여 필요시만 사용할 수 있게 하였다.
또 도어가 하나라도 열려 있으면 계기판에 표시등이 점멸되게 하여 운전자가 문이 열려 있는 상태도 알 수 있게 하였다.

도 1 은 본 고안의 설치위치도로서, 자동차의 4개의 도어(A)(B)(C)(D)에 있는 콘택 스위치(SW1)의 설치위치를 보여준다.
도 2 는 본 고안의 전기 회로도인바, 상기한 도어 콘택 스위치(SW1)가 선택 스위치(SW2)와 같이 비상등(P1)의 일반 작동 스위치(SW3)에 병열 접속되어 비상등(P1)에 인가되어 있는 것을 보여 준다.
또한 계기판에 설치한 표시등(P2)이 비상등(P1)에 병열 연결된 회로를 보여주고 있다.
상기한바 본 고안의 작용을 설명한다.
운전자가 차량을 도로변에 주차하고 내릴때 도어(A)(B)(C)(D)의 어느 한개 또는 복수개를 열개 된다.
이때 해당 도어 콘택 스위치(SW1)가 접촉됨으로서 비상등(P1)이 점멸되어 후방에서 접근하는 오토바이등 충돌요소가 이를 감지하고 제동할 수 있는 기회를 주는 것이다.
그리고 안전한 주차시나 세차등의 목적 주차시 선택 스위치(SW2)를 단절시키면 도어가 열려도 비상등은 점등되지 않음으로 필요없는 작동은 방지된다.
상기한 표시등(P2)은 어느 한개 또는 그 이상의 도어가 열렸으때 계기판에서 점멸되게 함으로서 운전자가 이를 보고 도어가 열린 상태를 쉽게 판별할 수 있다.
물론 일반 작동 스위치(SW3)를 ON함으로서 정규적인 비상등을 작동시키는데는 아무런 지장이 없는 것이다.
자동차 운행에 있어서 안전은 가장 중요한 사항이다.
이 안전 문제는 운전자 스스로의 과속, 추월, 부주의, 운전 미숙으로 인한 주행사고도 있지만 운전자 외적 상황에 사고가 발발하여 피해를 받는 수도 많다,
결국 자신의 보호를 위하여는 운전 외적 상황에도 안전을 고려해야 된다는 결론에 도달한다.
그리하여 본 고안이 실용화 됨으로서 종래 자동차 메이커측에서는 운전 외적 상황에 대한 기구적 배려가 충족된다.
상기한 바와 같이 차량을 도로변 주차후 문을 열고 내릴 때 후방에서 돌진하는 오토바이나 자전거 등의 충돌사고에 대하여는 안전 조치이루어져 운전 외적 상황에도 충분히 대비할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 자동차 비상등 점멸체계에 있어서 도어 콘택 스위치(SW1)가 선택 스위치(SW2)와 같이 비상등(P1)의 일반 작동 스위치(SW3)에 병열 접속되어 비상등(P1)에 인가되고 계기판에 설치한 표시등(P2)이 비상등(P1)에 병열 연결되어 운전자가 차량을 도로변에 주차하고 내릴때 도어(A)(B)(C)(D)의 어느 한개 또는 복수개를 열게 되면 해당 도어 콘택 스위치(SW1)가 접촉됨으로서 비상등(P1)이 점멸되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어 열림시 비상등 점멸 장치.
