Abstract

본 고안은 자동차의 비상등 점등장치에 대한 것으로 고안의 주된 목적은 차량 주행시 긴급사태에 의하여 운전자가 급제동을 할 경우 브레이크의 압력을 감지하여 비상등이 자동적으로 점등될 수 있도록 하는데 있으며, 더 나가서 후방 차량의 추돌을 예방할 수 있도록 하는데 주 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 특징적인 수단은 브레이크 페달의 조작에 의해 작동하는 마스터 실린더와, 상기한 마스터 실린더의 작동에 의해 전, 후 차륜의 브레이크를 작동시키기 위한 프로 포셔닝 밸브를 구비하되, 상기한 마스터 실린더와 프로 포셔닝 밸브를 연결하는 유압 파이프의 중단에 연결한 압력 스위치와, 상기한 압력 스위치의 작동에 의해 ON되는 비상등 스위치를 마련하여 급제동되는 브레이크 압력에 의해 압력 스위치가 작동하여 비상등을 점등시킬 수 있도록 하는데 있다.

Description

자동차의 비상등 점등장치
본 고안은 자동차의 비상등 점등장치에 대한 것으로 특히 급제동시에 자동적으로 비상등이 점등될 수 있도록 하는데 특징이 있는 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차에는 차량의 상태 및 주변의 상태가 정상적이 아님을 알리는 비상등이 마련되어 있는 바, 대부분 차체의 전, 후 및 측면에 부착된 모든 시그널 램프가 동시에 점멸되도록 되어 있다.
이러한 비상등은 고속 주행중 급제동을 할 때 후방의 차량이 추돌하지 않도록 예방하는데도 요긴하게 사용되고 있다.
그러나 이러한 종래의 비상등은 차량 실내의 운전석에 마련된 비상등 점등스위치를 인위적으로 ON시켜야만 점등되는 것이기 때문에 급제동을 하는 운전자가 미쳐 비상등 스위치를 ON시키지 못하였을 경우에는 점등되지 않는다.
그리고 상기와 같이 급제동을 하는 운전자가 일일이 비상등 스위치를 눌러 줄 수 없는 것이 대부분이며, 따라서 급제동시 점등되어야 하는 비상등이 적시에 효과적으로 점등되지 못하므로서 추돌 예방에 유용하지 못한 것이다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출한 것으로 고안의 주된 목적은 차량 주행시 긴급사태에 의하여 운전자가 급제동을 할 경우 브레이크의 압력을 감지하여 비상등이 자동적으로 점등될 수 있도록 하는데 있으며, 더 나가서 후방 차량의 추돌을 예방할 수 있도록 하는데 주 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 특징적인 수단은 브레이크 페달의 조작에 의해 작동하는 마스터 실린더와, 상기한 마스터 실린더의 작동에 의해 전, 후 차륜의 브레이크를 작동시키기 위한 프로 포셔닝 밸브를 구비하되, 상기한 마스터 실린더와 프로 포셔닝 밸브를 연결하는 유압 파이프의 중단에 연결한 압력 스위치와, 상기한 압력 스위치의 작동에 의해 ON되는 비상등 스위치를 마련하여 급제동되는 브레이크 압력에 의해 압력 스위치가 작동하여 비상등을 점등시킬 수 있도록 하는데 있다.

이하 첨부 도면에 따라 본 고안의 구성 및 작용 효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 구성을 설명하기 위한 블럭도이다.
도 1에서 보듯이 본 고안은 브레이크 페달(1)에 의해 조작되는 마스터 실린더(2)가 있고, 상기한 마스터 실린더(2)의 작동에 따라 전, 후 차륜의 브레이크를 작동시키기 위한 프로 포셔닝 밸브(3)가 구비되는 바, 이는 종래의 일반적인 구성과 대동소이하다.
본 고안에서는 상기와 같이 마스터 실린더(2)와 프로 포셔닝 밸브(3)를 연결하는 유압 파이프(6)의 중단에서 별도의 압력 스위치(4)를 연결한 후, 이 압력 스위치(4)에는 비상등 스위치(5)를 전기적으로 연결한다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 운전자가 주행을 하는 중에 긴급사태가 발생하여 브레이크 페달(1)을 급속히 밟게 되면 비상등(7)이 점등된다.
즉, 브레이크 페달(1)에 의해 마스터 실린더(2)가 작동하면 그 유압이 차륜의 브레이크 조작을 위한 프로 포셔닝 밸브(3)에 전달되고, 또 일부는 그 유압 파이프(6)의 중단에서 연결된 압력 스위치(4)에 전달된다.
따라서 급제동에 따른 급격한 유압의 상승을 압력 스위치(4)가 감지하여 여기에 연결된 비상등 스위치(5)를 ON시키게 되는 것이고, 비상등 스위치(5)의 ON접촉으로 인해 비상등이 점등되는 것이다.
한편, 브레이크 페달(1)을 평상시와 같이 일반적인 상태로 밟았을 때에는 유압의 압력이 급격히 상승되지 않으므로 이때는 압력 스위치(4)가 비상등 스위치(5)를 ON접촉 시키지 않으므로 평상시와 같이 브레이크 등만 점등되는 것이다.
이상에서 자세히 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안은 브레이크 페달을 급격히 밟았을 때 급상승하는 유압에 의해 자동적으로 작동되는 압력 스위치(4)와, 이 압력 스위치에 의해 ON되는 비상등 스위치(5)로써 비상등을 적시에 점등될 수 있도록 하였기 때문에 급제동시 운전자가 비상등 스위치를 일일이 조작할 필요가 없을 뿐만 아니라 매우 신속히 점등되기 때문에 추돌 사고를 예방할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

  1. 브레이크 페달의 조작에 의해 작동하는 마스터 실린더(2)와,
    상기한 마스터 실린더의 작동에 의해 전, 후 차륜의 브레이크를 작동시키기 위한 프로 포셔닝 밸브(3)를 구비하되,
    상기한 마스터 실린더(2)와 프로 포셔닝 밸브(3)를 연결하는 유압 파이프(6)의 중단에 연결한 압력 스위치(4)와,
    상기한 압력 스위치의 작동에 의해 ON되는 비상등 스위치(5)를 마련하여 급제동되는 브레이크 압력에 의해 압력 스위치(4)가 작동하여 비상등을 점등시킬 수 있도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 비상등 점등장치.
