Abstract
본 발명은 응급시에 주변 자동차의 운전자에게 비상신호를 보낼 수 있도록 하는 자동차의 비상신호장치에 관한 것으로, 자동차의 전면 양측과 후면 양측에 설치된 방향지시등을 점멸하는 종래의 비상신호장치는 비상신호시에는 방향지시등을 통해 그의 고유한 기능인 차선변경신호나 회전신호 등을 할 수 없게 되므로 주변 자동차에 충돌이 잦게 되는 등 각종 안전사고가 유발되는 문제가 있었던 바, 주브레이크등(5)과 동시에 작동되는 보조브레이크등(1)에 플래셔유니트(2)와 비상등스위치(3)를 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명에 의하면 비상신호시에도 평상시와 다름없이 방향지시등을 사용할 수 있게 되므로 주변 자동차의 운전자에게 비상신호와 방향신호를 동시에 보낼 수 있게 되어 자동차의 안전운행을 도모할 수 있게 된다.
Description
본 발명은 응급시에 주변 자동차의 운전자에게 비상신호를 보낼 수 있도록 하는 자동차의 비상신호장치에 관한 것으로, 더 자세하게는 방향지시등의 대신에 보조브레이크등을 통해 비상신호를 보낼 수 있도록 개선한 것에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차를 운행함에 있어서는 자동차가 고장이 나서 정상적인 주행을 할 수 없는 상황이 발생하거나 그 밖에 급한 용무가 있을 때에는 주변 자동차의 운전자에게 비상신호를 보내게 된다.
종래에 있어서 상기 비상신호는 자동차의 전면 양측과 후면 양측에 설치된 방향지시등을 점멸하는 것이 일반적이었다.
그러나 방향지시등을 이용한 종래의 비상신호장치는 비상신호시에는 방향지시등을 통해 그의 고유한 기능인 차선변경신호나 회전신호 등을 할 수 없게 되므로 주변 자동차에 충돌이 잦게 되는 등 각종 안전사고가 유발되는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명은 상기 종래의 실정을 감안하여 안출한 것이며, 그 목적은 방향지시등을 사용하지 않고서 비상신호를 할 수 있게 하고, 비상신호시에도 방향지시등을 자유롭게 사용할 수 있게 하여 자동차의 안전운행을 도모할 수 있도록 하는 자동차의 비상신호장치를 제공하는 데에 있는 것이다.

본 발명은 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 자동차 내부 후방의 후면유리 안쪽에 설치되는 보조브레이크등을 통해 비상신호를 보낼 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이하 그 구체적인 내용을 첨부도면에 의거하여 더욱 자세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉, 본 발명은 도 1 및 도 2와 같이 자동차 내부 후방의 후면유리 안쪽에 설치되어 주브레이크등(5)과 동시에 작동되는 보조브레이크등(1)에 플래셔유니트(2)와 비상등스위치(3)를 접속하여서 되는 것이다.
도면부호중 미설명부호 4는 브레이크페달, 6은 브레이크등스위치, 7은 시동스위치, 8은 방향지시등이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 있어서는 평상시에 브레이크페달(4)을 밟게 되면 브레이크등스위치(6)가 작동하여 주브레이크등(5)과 보조브레이크등(1)이 동시에 점등하게 되며, 자동차가 고장이 나서 정상적인 주행을 할 수 없는 상황이 발생하거나 그 밖에 급한 용무가 있을 때에 주변 자동차의 운전자에게 비상신호를 보내고자 비상스위치(3)를 작동하게 되면 플래셔유니트(2)을 통해 보조브레이크등(1)이 점멸하게 된다.
한편 본 발명에 있어서는 보조브레이크등(1)의 점멸로 비상신호를 보내고 있는 동안에 자동차의 전면 양측과 후면 양측에 설치된 방향지시등(8)은 전혀 영향을 받지 않게 되므로 차선변경이나 좌, 우회전을 하고자 할 때에 방향지시등(8)을 점등하여 주변 자동차의 운전자에게 방향신호를 보낼 수 있게 된다.
이상에서와 같이 본 발명은 방향지시등(8)의 대신에 보조브레이크등(1)으로 비상신호를 보낼 수 있게 한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면 비상신호시에도 평상시와 다름없이 방향지시등을 사용할 수 있게 되므로 주변 자동차의 운전자에게 비상신호와 방향신호를 동시에 보낼 수 있게 되어 자동차의 안전운행을 도모할 수 있게 되는 효과를 얻을 수 있게 된다.

- 주브레이크등(5)과 함께 점등되는 보조브레이크등(1)에 플래셔유니트(2)와 비상등스위치(3)를 접속하여 보조브레이크등(1)을 통해 주변 자동차의 운전자에게 비상신호를 보낼 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 비상신호장치.
