Claims (4)
- 중량%로서 C : 1∼4%, Cu : 1.5∼6%, P : 0.1∼0.8%를 함유하고, 나머지가 Fe와 불가역불순물로 이루어지는 조성 및 펄라이드를 주체로 한 소지에, 경질의 Fe-C-P 화합물과 유리흑연이 분산분포되고, 또한 상기한 유리흡연중에는 입경이 70∼500㎛의 조대유리흑연이, 전체에 점유하는 비율로써 0.5∼10면적% 존재하는 조직을 보유하는 철기 소결합금으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성에 우수한 철기 소결합급제 밸브가이드부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 중량%로서 C : 1.5∼3%, Cu : 2∼4%를 함유하고, 나머지가 Fe와 불가역불순물로 이루어지는 조성을 보유하며, 입경이 100∼250㎛의 조대유리흑연이, 전체에 점유하는 비율로써 1∼5면적% 존재하는 조직을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철기 소결합금제 밸브가이드 부재.
- 중량%로서, C : 1∼4%, Cu : 1.5∼6%, P : 0.1∼0.8%, Mo : 0.05∼1%를 함유하며, 나머지가 Fe와 불가역불순물로 이루어지는 조성 및 펄라이드를 주체로 한 소지에, 경질의 Fe-C-P 화합물과 탄화물 및 유리흑연이 분산분포하고, 또한 상기한 유리 흑연중에는 입경이 70∼500㎛의 조대유리흑연이, 전체에 점유하는 비율로써 0.5∼10면적% 존재하는 조직을 보유하는 철기 소결함금으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성에 우수한 철기 소결합금제 밸브가이드부재.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 중량%로서, C :1.5∼3%, Cu : 2∼4%, P : 0.2∼0.4%, Mo : 0.2∼0.6%를 함유하고, 나머지가 Fe와 불가역불순물로 이루어지는 조성을 보유하며, 입경이 100∼250㎛의 조대유리흑연이, 전체에 점유하는 비율로써 1∼5면적% 존재하는 조직을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철기 소결합금제 밸브가이드부재.
