Claims (2)
- 편평한 제1버너(1)의 제1화구(11)의 양측에 그 제1화구(11)를 사이에 두고서 제2화구(21,21)가 형성된 제2버너(2)를 구비한 가스기기용 버너에 있어서, 상기 제2버너(2)에 대해서 상기 제1버너(1)와 독립적으로 연료가스 및 1차공기를 흡입하여 상기 제1화구(11)의 양측에 설치된 상기 제2화구(21,21)로 공급하는 공통 흡입구(22)를 구비하여 구성되고, 상기 공통흡입구(22)는 금속판의 소정 형상으로의 압형에 의해 형성되는 팽출부(2A)에 의해 정의되며, 상기 제1버너(1)의 양측에는 상기 공통흡입구(22)로부터 상기 수화구(11,21)로 이어지는 유로(23)가 형성되고, 상기 제2버너(2)의 흡입구부(14)와 슬롯부(15) 및 슬롯출구(16)가 상기 공통흡입구(22)내에 끼워져 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스기기용 버너.
- 편평한 제1버너(1)의 제1화구(11)의 양측에 그 제1화구(11)를 사이에 두고서 제2화구(21,21)가 형성된 제2버너(2)를 구비한 가스기기용 버너에 있어서, 상기 제2버너(2)는 금속판을 소정형상으로 압형함과 더불어 대칭적으로 팽출성형하여 대칭면에서 절곡시킨 커버(20)에 의해 상기 제1버너를 덮으면서 상기 제2화구(21,21)에 대한 상기 공통흡입구(22)와 공통흡입구(22)로부터 상기 제2화구(21,21)로 이어지는 유로(23) 및 상기 제1화구(11)를 사이에 두고서 상기 제2화구(21,21)를 설치해서 형성되고, 상기 공통흡입구(22)는 상기 제2버너(2)에 대해 상기 제1버너(1)와 독립적으로 연료가스 및 1차공기를 흡입하여 상기 제1화구(11)의 양측에 설치된 상기 제2화구(21,21)로 공급하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스기기용 버너의 제조방법.
