Abstract

본 고안은 패킹브레이크 레버구조에 관한 것으로 특히 사용시 운전자의 시트의 측면에 걸리적 거리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것으로서, 레버에 결합되어진 손잡이부를 사용할 때 운전자 시트의 측면에 접촉되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 손잡이부의 선단이 외향지게 제1경사각을 이루고, 상기 레버의 형성된 손잡이부 선단이 튀어올라오는 것을 방지하도록 측면에서 볼때 하향지도록 제2경사각을 이루도록 구비하였다.

제1도는 종래 패킹브레이크 레버를 발췌한 사시도.

본 고안은 패킹브레이크 레버구조에 관한 것으로 특히 사용시 운전자의 시트의 측면에 걸리적 거리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
종래 패킹브레이크 레버는 제1도와 같이 레버(1)에 형성된 손잡이부(2)가 평면에서 볼때나 측면에서 볼때 일직선상으로 구성되었다.
따라서, 차량을 운행하기 위하여 감긴 브레이크를 풀때나, 정차하기 위하여 브레이크를 잠기 위하여 손잡이부(2)를 잡고 레버(1)를 상하로 움직일 때 손잡이부(2)를 잡은 손이 운전자의 시트 측면에 접촉되어 걸리적 거리는 문제점이 발생하였다.
그리고, 측면에서 볼때 레버(1)와 손잡이부(2)의 상면이 일직선상으로 구성되어져 있기 때문에 브레이크를 잠갔을 때 손잡이부(2)의 끝단이 박스위로 튀어올라온 상태를 유지하기 때문에 걸리적 거리는 문제점이 발생하였다.
본 고안은 이러한 점을 감안하여 레버의 선단에 형성된 손잡이부를 평면에서 볼때 외향지게 하고 측면에서 볼때 하향지게 경사지도록 구비함으로써 사용시 운전자의 측면에 걸리적 거리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다.
본 고안 패킹브레이크 레버구조를 제2도 및 제3도에 의하여 설명한다.
브레이크레버(101)에 손잡이부(102)를 사용할 때 운전자 시트의 측면에 접촉되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 손잡이부(102)의 선단이 외향지게 제1경사각(θ1)을 이루고,
상기 레버(101)에 형성된 손잡이부(102)의 선단이 튀어올라오는 것을 방지하도록 측면에서 볼때 하향지도록 제2경사각(θ2)을 이루도록 구비하였다.
이와같이 구성된 상태에서 차량을 운행하기 위하여 잠긴 브레이크를 풀때나, 정차하기 위하여 브레이크를 잡기 위하여 손잡이부(102)를 잡고 레버(102)를 상하로 움직일 때 손잡이부(102)가 외향지게 제1경사각(θ1)을 이루었기 때문에 손잡이부(102)를 잡은 손이 운전자의 시트 측면에 접촉되어 걸리적 거리는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
그리고, 측면에서 볼때 레버(101)와 손잡이부(102)의 선단이 하향지게 제2경사각(θ2)을 이루어 구성되어져 있기 때문에 브레이크를 잠갔을 때 손잡이부(102)의 끝단이 박스위로 튀어올라온 상태를 방지하기 때문에 걸리적거리는 것을 방지할 수 있는 고안이다.

  1. 레버에 결합된 손잡이부의 선단이 운전자 시트의 측면에 접촉되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 시트 바깥쪽으로 외향지게 형성된 제1경사각과, 상기 손잡이부의 선단이 주차후 시트쿠션과 동일 선상을 이루도록 아래쪽으로 하향지게 제2경사각을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹브레이크 레버구조.
