Abstract

본 고안은 절첩식 자동차 시트에 관한 것으로, 길이가 가변되는 절첩식 좌부(110)와, 상기 좌부(110)의 내부에 설치되어 길이 조절이 가능한 링크 기구부(120)와, 상기 링크기구부(120)의 길이를 조절하는 솔레노이드(130)와, 상기 솔레노이드(130)를 작동시키는 스위치(140)로 이루어진 것인바, 본 고안에 의하면 각자의 체형에 적합하도록 시트 좌부의 수평 길이를 조절하므로써, 장 시간 주행시에 생기는 피로함과 근육통을 방지함과 아울러, 탑승자에게 안락한 승차감을 제공해 주는 유용한 효과가 있다.

Description

절첩식 자동차 시트
제1도는 본 고안에 따른 절첩식 자동차 시트의 구성을 개략적으로 도시한 구성도이다.

본 고안은 절첩식 자동차 시트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 자동차 탑승객의 신체조건에 따라 좌부의 수평길이가 가변 되도록 한 절첩식 자동차 시트에 관한 것이다.
종래의 자동차 시트는 장시간 주행시에 생기는 탑승객의 피로함을 방지하기 위해서 인체 공학적으로 제작되고 있으나, 제작작업후에 출고되는 자동차 시트는 탑승객의 각자 신체 조건에 맞도록 조절할 수 없으므로, 장시간 주행시 탑승자가 피로함과 불편함을 느끼게 되는 문제점이 있다.
따라서, 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 본 고안의 목적은 자동차 탑승객 각자의 신체에 적합한 시트의 수평길이를 조절할 수 있도록 한 장치를 제공하는데 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 길이가 가변되는 절첩식 좌부와, 상기 좌부의 내부에 설치되어 길이 조절이 가능한 링크기구부와, 상기 링크기구부의 길이를 조절하는 솔레노이드와, 상기 솔레노이드를 작동시키는 스위치로 이루어진 것으로, 이하 첨부된 도면은 참조하여 본 고안의 구성 및 작용 효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안에 따른 절첩식 자동차 시트는 제1도에 도시한 바와 같이, 길이가 가변되는 절첩식 좌부(110)와, 상기 좌부(110)의 내부에 설치되어 길이 조절이 가능한 링크기구부(120)와, 상기 링크기구부(120)의 길이를 조절하는 솔레노이드(130)와, 상기 솔레노이드(130)를 작동시키는 스위치(140)로 이루어 진다.
이와같이 이루어진 본 고안은 먼저, 자신의 신체에 적합하도록 시트를 조절하기 위해서, 스위치(140)를 누르면 상기 스위치(140)에 접속된 솔레노이드(130)가 작동되고, 상기 솔레노이드(130)에 의해 링크기구부(120)가 좌,우측으로 이동되므로써, 이에 따라 시트(100)의 좌부(110)가 죄,우측으로 이동되어 수평길이가 가변된다.
이상 설명에서 알 수 있는 바와 같아, 본 고안은 길이가 가변되는 절첩식 좌부와, 상기 좌부의 내부에 설치되어 길이 조절이 가능한 링크기구부와, 상기 링크기구부의 길이를 조절하는 솔레노이드와, 상기 솔레노이드를 작동시키는 스위치로 이루어진 것으로, 본 고안에 의하면 각자의 체형에 적합하도록 시트 좌부의 수평 길이를 조절하므로써, 장시간 주행시에 생기는 피로함과 근육통을 방지함과 아울러 안락한 승차감을 제공해 주는 유용한 효과가 있다.

  1. 등받이부와 좌부 및 고정지지부로 구성된 자동차 시트에 있어서, 길이가 가변되는 절첩식 좌부(110)와, 상기 좌부(110)의 내부에 설치되어 길이 조절이 가능한 링크기구부(120)와, 상기 링크기구부(120)의 길이를 조절하는 솔레노이드(130)와, 상기 솔레노이드(130)를 작동시키는 스위치(140)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 절첩식 자동차 시트.
