Description
この第6実施形態によれば、共振回路21のインダクタンス成分を微調整することにより、共振回路21における共振周波数を調整して、各共振回路における共振周波数を同期させることができる。すなわち、この実施形態の装置によれば、磁気刺激コイルからのパルス状磁束の位相をより正確に一致させることができる。その結果、各共振回路での最大電圧・最大電流を一層抑制することが可能になる。
